Villa A&M 2

We have had the opportunity to stay for 2 lovely weeks in June 2022 in this really beautiful flat with views over the lagoon of Nin. With also a view on our boat which we could launch 10 metres away via a nice ramp. Also a place for our boat trailer was arranged. The flat has all the luxury and is very nice and spacious. With a quiet air conditioning unit in every room, 3 double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. 2 bathrooms with toilet and an extra separate toilet. Washing machine, luxury kitchen with dishwasher. There is really nothing missing. It was as if we were the first residents, so clean. Živka and Marko, the owners, also live here and are very nice and friendly people. They are very attentive and make sure that you will have a pleasant stay. The area is very beautiful, we got on the boat every day and came across the most beautiful bays and places, and the place Nin is picturesque and very nice with nice shops and numerous restaurants where you can eat very well. Wir hatten die Gelegenheit, im Juni 2022 für 2 schöne Wochen in dieser wirklich schönen Wohnung mit Blick auf die Lagune von Nin zu wohnen. Auch mit Blick auf unser Boot, das wir 10 Meter entfernt über eine schöne Rampe zu Wasser lassen konnten. Auch ein Platz für unseren Bootsanhänger wurde organisiert. Die Wohnung hat allen Luxus und ist sehr schön und geräumig. Mit einer leisen Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, 3 Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbett und einem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. 2 Bäder mit Toilette und eine zusätzliche separate Toilette. Waschmaschine, Luxusküche mit Geschirrspüler. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Es war, als wären wir die ersten Bewohner, so sauber. Živka und Marko, die Besitzer, wohnen auch hier und sind sehr nette und freundliche Leute. Sie sind sehr aufmerksam und sorgen dafür, dass Sie einen angenehmen Aufenthalt haben werden. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, wir sind jeden Tag mit dem Boot gefahren und haben die schönsten Buchten und Orte gesehen, und der Ort Nin ist malerisch und sehr schön mit netten Geschäften und zahlreichen Restaurants, wo man sehr gut essen kann. Živka und Marko, herzlichen Dank! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Grüße aus den Niederlanden. Wij hebben 2 mooie weken in Juni 2022 mogen verblijven in dit echt prachtige appartement met uitzicht over de lagoon van Nin. Met ook zicht op onze boot die we op 10 meter afstand via een mooie helling te water konden laten. Ook een plaats voor onze boottrailer was geregeld. Het appartement beschikt over alle luxe en is zeer mooi en ruim. Met in elke kamer een stille airco unit, 3 tweepersoonsslaapkamers en een bedbank in de woonkamer. 2 badkamers met toilet en nog een extra apart toilet. Wasmachine, luxe keuken met vaatwasser. Het ontbreekt werkelijk aan niets. Het leek wel alsof we de eerste bewoners waren, zo clean. Živka en Marko, de eigenaren, wonen hier ook en zijn hele aardige en vriendelijke mensen. Ze zijn heel erg attent en zorgen ervoor dat je een prettig verblijf zal hebben. De omgeving is erg mooi, wij stapten elke dag op de boot en zijn de mooiste baaien en plaatjes tegengekomen, en het plaatje Nin is pittoresk en heel erg leuk met leuke winkeltjes en talrijke restaurantjes waar je heel erg lekker kunt eten. Živka en Marko, heel erg bedankt! We komen zeker nog eens terug. Groeten uit Nederland.

Spacious apartment with 2 balconies with deck chairs and tables thereof the big one with awning facing the sunset. Really great views on the laguna of Nin with its beaches and the kite surfers! If you are too lazy to go there you can also take a swim directly across the street from the private mooring. Shower and barbecue facilities in the garden are offered as well. Restaurants and minimarket are in close walking distance. We recommend to bring bicycles which makes it easier to reach the beaches around the laguna or beyond and which lets you save the fees for the public parkings at the beaches. A private parking lot comes with the apartment. The facility is new, well equipped with silent (!) AC, internet, TV, 2 bathrooms plus separate toilet, kitchen with everything you need as toaster, coffee machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, ... everything new, nicely styled and clean. We were there as family of 4 but 6 persons would fit easily. The owners live in the same building and are very very friendly and helpful. Thanks again Marko for the support in fixing my bike tire! So overall a clear recommendation-we will come back!

A great apartment, kitted out to the highest standard, with amazing views across Nin harbour, the Queens Beach and mountains in the backdrop.The apartments is in a great location, first row from the sea, walking distance to town, shops, restaurants, bakery's and ice cream parlours. Only 30mins from the airport and short drive from Zadar and Zaton.The apartment owners were also great and very friendly and accommodation to our requests. Would happily recommend and visit again.
