Wir waren im August 2021 in der Villa Leto in Nin. Wir waren insgesamt 10 Personen. Die Villa sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und ist sehr sauber. Zur Begrüßung standen Teilchen und kühle Getränke bereit. Nach der langen Autofahrt haben wir uns sehr darüber gefreut :)Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt...vom Handmixer, Strohalmen, Spülmaschinentabs, Waschmittel und Föhn war alles vorhanden. Es gab auch 2 Parktickets für Nin, da man dort auf fast allen Parkplätzen Geld bezahlen mu......

Schon das Willkommen des sehr netten Vermieters mit kühlen Getränken und einem kleinen Gebäck hat uns sehr positiv überrascht. Auch für weitere Informationen stand er uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Alles ist ganz modern, freundlich hell und wirklich komplett ausgestattet. Sogar an Ersatz Zahnbürsten etc. wurde gedacht!! Das Haus steht im Grünen, mit romantischer Aussicht und doch......

We spent week in Villa LT at the beginning of July. Only very positive impressions - spacious villa, well equipped, clean, new. Pool is big plus - especially for our kids. Owner surprised us with cool drinks in the fridge after our arrival, during our stay he was ready to help and checked our satisfaction for several times. Location is quiet, without touristic facilities nearby, but Nin and beaches are easily accessible with car or bike. Would be happy to return once time.

Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und das Meer sind in unmittelbarer Nähe leicht zu erreichen. Sofern wir wieder nach Nin reisen werden, ist ganz klar, dass wir wieder diese Villa buchen. Villa perfetta
La casa è molto bella, spaziosa e non manca nulla (phon, aria condizionata in ogni camera, 5 bagni… play station 😂). È dotata di una piscina pulita e molto comoda. La posizione è ottima per visitare la zona e a un’ora di macchina ci sono molte cose da vedere. Valore aggiunto il padrone di casa disponibile e cordiale.

Sehr freundliche Begrüßung durch den Besitzer Vlado. Wir haben uns von Beginn an wohl gefühlt. Sehr schöne, saubere und perfekt gelegene neue Villa mit tollem Pool und Tischtennis Tisch. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und das Meer sind in unmittelbarer Nähe leicht zu erreichen. Sofern wir wieder nach Nin reisen werden, ist ganz klar, dass wir wieder diese Villa buchen. We spent one week in this lovely house; 4 adults and 6 children. House is new, clean and spacious in quiet location. Most of the time we spent in the garden next to the lovely pool. There is a lot of space inside/outside to accommodate such a big company. Kitchen was well equipped, we used the outside grill to prepare a dinner from the fresh fishes bout in the small fish market in the Nin. It's 15 minutes by bike to get to the beach, quicker by car. Beach is sandy, ideal for families with small kids. Water was shallow and warm. Nearest shops and restaurants are in Nin.

Einfach nur sehr gut!
Wir waren Ende August - Anfang September mit der ganzen Familie im Haus und es hat allen super viel Freude bereitet. Schon das Willkommen des sehr netten Vermieters mit kühlen Getränken und einem kleinen Gebäck hat uns sehr positiv überrascht. Auch für weitere Informationen stand er uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Alles ist ganz modern, freundlich hell und wirklich komplett ausgestattet. Sogar an Ersatz Zahnbürsten etc. wurde gedacht!! Das Haus steht im Grünen, mit romantischer Aussicht und doch recht nahe an Nin. Es gibt sehr viele, sehr schöne Strände in einer Entfernung von 5 - 30 min Fahrzeit. Einige davon wären auch per Rad gut zu erreichen. Der tolle Pool und die Tischtennisplatte waren ein Spaß für die ganze Familie und zum Ausruhen gibt es genügend Platz und schöne Liegen rund um den Pool. Ach ja, technisch fehlt es dem Haus an gar nichts: 4 Router, Netflix auf allen Fernsehern in allen Wohn- und Schlafräumen usw.

Wir waren im August 2021 in der Villa Leto in Nin. Wir waren insgesamt 10 Personen. Die Villa sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und ist sehr sauber. Zur Begrüßung standen Teilchen und kühle Getränke bereit. Nach der langen Autofahrt haben wir uns sehr darüber gefreut :)Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt...vom Handmixer, Strohalmen, Spülmaschinentabs, Waschmittel und Föhn war alles vorhanden. Es gab auch 2 Parktickets für Nin, da man dort auf fast allen Parkplätzen Geld bezahlen muss. Das fanden wir prima, da wir oft an den Strand gefahren sind. Der Hausverwalter und die Putzfrauen haben ihre Arbeit sehr gründlich erledigt und waren sehr freundlich. Wir empfehlen die Villa auf jeden Fall weiter!
