It was very clean and enough space for our family with three children. There is the pool and lots of other possibilities to play: basketball, tabletennis, several balls… The place is very quiet and you have a nice view to the landscape. Super Haus, sehr sauber, sehr ruhiges Anwesen. Vranja (Vermieterin) ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich um Ihre Gäste. Supermarkt in 1 Minute erreichbar, Obst und Gemüse kann man beim sehr netten Gemüsehändler gegenüber vom Supermarkt kaufen. Rundum waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern. Ein super schöner Garten mit Blick auf die Berge. Lucia ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns Medikamente für unseren Sohn besorgt, die bei Ankunft bereit standen. Und ein leckeres Willkommensvesper stand bereit. Ein Fussballplatz ist direkt gegenüber, genauso wie ein kleiner Markt. Jederzeit würden wir es wieder buchen.

Das Haus mit dem tollen Pool ist fantastisch. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieterin Lucia kümmert sich um alles und ist immer für einen da. Wir haben eine Woche mit der Familie dort verbracht und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Superschöner Aufenthalt
Die Villa war genau so wie auf den Fotos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war perfekt. Wir konnten sogar im Pool baden, er ist auf angenehme 25 Grad geheizt. Wir können die Villa Lux nur empfehlen! Auch Lucia ist sehr hilfsbereit und die Cupcakes bei unserer Ankunft waren einfach himmlisch.

The finish of this villa was amazing. High spec in all aspects. The villa is a 30 second walk to the supermarket and a 5min drive to the motorway so easy to get around if you're driving. The owners are super helpful and are really friendly. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Wir waren im Juli in der Villa Lux. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und top ausgestattet.Traum Villa -Traum Gastgeberin. Lucia, die immer herzlich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit ist. Ich benötigte einen Arzt und Lucia hat sich sofort bereiterklärt mitzukommen um zu übersetzen…vielen lieben Dank! TOP Bewertung ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

It was very clean and enough space for our family with three children. There is the pool and lots of other possibilities to play: basketball, tabletennis, several balls… The place is very quiet and you have a nice view to the landscape. There is a small airport very near but there was no disturbing noise. There are no neighbors so you are completely on your own. The next supermarket is a 2 minutes walk away and for fresh vegetables and fruits there is an old man next to the supermarket night and day. Vanja the host was very welcoming. She offered food in the fridge when we arrived and made dinner for us when we left. When we had questions or problems of any kind she was very helpful and answered always within minutes. Zemunik is a very small village. You have all you need: a supermarket, a Coffeeshop, a bank. To the beach you have to go by car. There are nice beaches but stoney and you have to watch out for sea urchins. We will definitely come back to Croatia. The people are very friendly and welcoming, it is so beautiful. Thank you Vanja. We are looking forward to the next time.
