The finish of this villa was amazing. High spec in all aspects. The villa is a 30 second walk to the supermarket and a 5min drive to the motorway so easy to get around if you're driving. The owners are super helpful and are really friendly. I couldn't ask for anything more.

First guests from 7-11-2020 to 7-18-2020 Villa Lux is an absolutely nice place. We can fully recommend it. The place is new built with everything you need for a perfect vacation. It was very clean and enough space for our family with three children. There is the pool and lots of other possibilities to play: basketball, tabletennis, several balls… The place is very quiet and you have a nice view to the landscape. There is a small airport very near but there was no disturbing noise. There are no neighbors so you are completely on your own. The next supermarket is a 2 minutes walk away and for fresh vegetables and fruits there is an old man next to the supermarket night and day. Vanja the host was very welcoming. She offered food in the fridge when we arrived and made dinner for us when we left. When we had questions or problems of any kind she was very helpful and answered always within minutes. Zemunik is a very small village. You have all you need: a supermarket, a Coffeeshop, a bank. To the beach you have to go by car. There are nice beaches but stoney and you have to watch out for sea urchins. We will definitely come back to Croatia. The people are very friendly and welcoming, it is so beautiful. Thank you Vanja. We are looking forward to the next time.
