Villa Mar è una bella villa in pietra sull’isola di Korcula, in villaggio dalmato Lombarda. La villa offre una splendida vista sull’Adriatico creando un atmosfera rilassante. Costruita 100 anni fa in stile dalmato, la villa oggi viene ristrutturata con un tocco di lusso, mantenendo però gli elementi tradizionali di una modestia tipica per lo stile di vita del popolo di quest’isola.

La villa si trova a 80 metri dal mare e a 80 metri dalle splendide calette di sabbia. Dispone di 5 camere ben arredate con letti matrimoniali, 2 bagni, cucina, sala da pranzo e una grande terrazza con la piscina di 32 mq, barbecue e mobili da giardino di alta qualità.

L’intera proprietà è coperta con WiFi. Offriamo anche il ping pong, calcio balilla, freccette e 4 biciclette gratuiti.

The villa is a great base to explore Korcula - convenient for shops and restaurants, and the lovely local beach (the best on the island!) is just a short walk, bike ride or drive. The owners couldn't have been more welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

The villa was exceptional with fabulous facilities. Not only was the house spacious and clean with everything you needed for a pleasant stay, but the outside extra space was amazing. A glorious swimming pool, 2 sun terraces, bbq area, lawned area and balcony. You can walk to all the different beaches on Lumbarda from the house in about 10 mind, or borrow the bikes. Supermarket is 2 mins ride down the hill. We will definitely come back again.

The villa exceeded our expectations, as did the location.
We have waited three years for this holiday due to the pandemic and we were certainly not disappointed. The Villa is lovely, beautifully furnished and all of the rooms are very comfortable. The location is perfect because you can walk to at least three or four little beaches in coves within 15 minutes. You can also walk to a local supermarket within 10 minutes which is ideal. There are many restaurants around the beaches in coves, so plenty to choose from each day. We absolutely loved our stay and the Croatian people were so kind and welcoming. Our hosts were also very accommodating. We would definitely return to this villa.

Great place to stay for 10 people. Beautiful house, thick stone walls, loads of space indoors and out. Pool was fabulous, bedrooms really nice, modern and clean. Good location, can walk or cycle to lots of beaches. Easy walk down to Lumbarda. Host really friendly, easy to contact. Croatia Luxury Rent helpful and responsive too. Couldn't fault the place. Nested between lots of bays, this villa is perfect for a bit of variety! The hosts are outstanding, very responsive and attentive. We arrived very late and our hosts had prepared a light meal and left some samples of their local tipple! Outstanding.

Luxury Villa With Sea View, 80 Meters From Sea, Swimming Pool, BBQ
The house and pool were absolutely gorgeous and the views are beautiful. Lovely family welcomed us and were so helpful. They also brought us a welcome gift of meat and cheese! Lumbarda is an excellent base and you can walk to beaches, bars and restaurants. Really was a perfect place.
