This is a spacious villa with a pool that in July is certainly an asset. The location allows for a quick trip to the Old Town or to Supernova, a large shopping outlet. You are spoilt for choice for supermarkets, cafes and cheaper style of restaurants. It is on the rural-urban fringe so there are the cicadas that provide the noise and unfortunately while we were there in 2022 there was a lot of construction noise while roads in the area were being sealed. The villa is divided in two large appartmenrs, each with own kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms etc. We were two famelies with children, so this was perfect. Every morning we had breakfast at the long table in the garden. The garden was very private, with swimmingpool, pool-chairs/beds and hammocks. It was so relaxing, that we only had three trips away from the villa. The villa was equiped with all the neccesarry stuff you need. It was clean and practical.

(it is cheap compared to others) the villa corresponds fully with the description of the agency as stated, as well as the photos that are on the site. such a negative comment could be left by a guest, only who wants......

Der Urlaub war die Villa Mateo Zadar 🇭🇷 ist sehr gepflegt und auch die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und freundlich. Man kann diese Villa bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen!!! Vielen Dank für die letzten zwei Wochen bei Ihnen, wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen. DANKE!

Great value in Zadar
This is a spacious villa with a pool that in July is certainly an asset. The location allows for a quick trip to the Old Town or to Supernova, a large shopping outlet. This won’t always be the case! This villa provides value for money in Zadar, a great location to get to places like Plitvice, BIBIch or Ante Slavic Wineries( even closer is Degarry- literally 3 minutes), Pakostane and the beaches around Nin.

I was in that villa, I don’t write reviews but when I saw this review written by someone, I had to leave mine too. We guests choose the houses we will be in and how much we will pay. This villa is beautiful and positive as it is close to the city center as well as the sea beach.
