WUNDERvoll

Es war eine unglaublich schöne Woche in der Villa! Wir waren zwei Familie und jeder hatte für sich in kürzester Zeit seinen Lieblingsplatz entdeckt. Das Anwesen ist sehr groß und die Gastgeber sind ein Traum - und Neda ist die beste Köchin :-) Alles in allem ein traumhafter Urlaub - man wünschte sich, die Villa wär nicht so weit von zuhause weg.

Wonderful villa

We had a fantastic week at Villa Pequena Perla. We went 3 families, 6 adults and 6 children aged 3-14 years. Everything we could wish for was there, big clean pool which we spent a lot of time in, a playground with climbing post, basketball basket and a badminton/volleyball court, bikes, fotballs etc. So much space and everything you may need and a bit more. The plot is large with 3 separate houses with bedrooms, shower and toilet in each house around the pool and the garden. We all got a place without problems and the kids had so much fun. We spent a lot of time at the villa, cooked food in the wonderful outdoor kitchen and ate dinner under the vines. In the outdoor kitchen there is also a pizza oven and plenty of seating. The kitchen inside is also great and plenty of space for socializing and eating. Neda and her husband are amazing hosts who live nearby. They were at hand for everything we needed, very friendly and generous and made us feel right at home. We also visited the nearby beaches about 10-15 minutes by car. It was amazingly clean and nice water and the beaches were clean too. We were also in Zadar which is a very cozy and nice city. Feels a bit like coming to Rome. We will be back for sure. Thanks again Neda with family.

Fantastic villa

What a fantastic villa. So much space and everything you could need. Neda and her husband are brilliant hosts and were on hand for anything we needed and even invited us for cake and coffee at their house. The villa is very well equipped and comes with a fully stocked outdoor kitchen, BBQ and pizza oven. There is so much outdoor space and the pool is a great size with plenty of space around it to soak up the sun. Our children loved the trampoline and volleyball court plus there were bikes for a ride to the village shop. The beaches at Nin and Zaton are great with sand and lovely shallow water. We may well be back next year. Thanks again Neda.

Amazing

We had an amazing week at this villa. It is unique. My family of grandparents parents grandchildren and uncle had a great time. Everything we could wish for was there, large clean pool, which we spent a lot of time in, a play area with basketball and a badminton court. The plot is large with separate bedrooms around the pool and garden. This property is ideal for two or three families. We spent most of the time we were at the villa outside, it has an outside kitchen as well as an inside one, a pizza oven which we used several times and plenty of sitting areas. Our hosts, who live close by, were very kind and generous and made us feel at home straight away. Everyone enjoyed their holiday very much, we are booking for the same week in 2018. We have stayed in a lot of villas all over the world and this is one of the very best. You will have a fantastic time.

Traumhaus!!!!!

Wir waren leider nur 1 Woche in der Villa und haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Wir wurden von den Vermietern sehr nett empfangen. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll dekoriert. Das Haus war komplett eingerichtet und es blieb kein Wunsch offen (reichlich Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Küchenutensilien, Spielsachen usw.) Außerdem durfte man sich im großen Gemüsegarten und an den Obstbäumen bedienen. Der beheizte Pool ist ein Traum!! Das Grundstück ist riesig, gepflegt und von einer wunderschönen Steinmauer umgeben. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!!!! Liebe Grüsse an Neda und Familie

Charm, rest, relaxation and fun family activity

Rustic, comfortable and quiet villa! We stayed at the Villa Pequena for the first time. While it was only one week, the experience was fantastic. From check-in to check-out, everything went perfectly. Living spaces inside and outside was clean and comfortable and the pool...FANTASTIC! All the family (6 adults and 3 children) enjoyed a lot!

Complete privacy, perfect escape !

I spent 2 weeks in Perla with my family and friends and everything was perfect, Neda was very kind and helpful. Property was huge and we had complete privacy. It is all fenced so we had a peace of mind. The air from the mountain was so good, we never slept so nice... Thank you for the lovely vacation, we will definitely come back again!
