Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in der Villa Petit. Es ist dort haargenau, wie auf den Bildern. Und ich denke, es war nicht das letzte Mal, das wir dort waren. Boris, Dragan und ihre Eltern sind wahnsinnig sympathisch und ganz wunderbare Vermieter. Man fühlt sich dort pudelwohl. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern dort. Sie haben es auch geliebt. Mit dem Auto kann man die Gegend von Radetici aus prima erkunden. Die Betreuung durch die Vermittlungsagentur war auch super. Es gab keinerlei Prob......

This was a perfect location for our 4 day stay, in central Istria so we easily did daily driving trips to Rovinj-Bale; Motovun-Grozjan-Hum; Trieste. This old stone cottage is nicely renovated and the fireplace was a nice touch, we used this each night, it quickly warmed the whole cottage. Kitchen was well equipped and had all we needed to prepare all our meals. The courtyard is lovely, unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to enjoy it on our visit. Future guests take note the beds are smalle......

Very cozy and clean house. Very tastefully and luxuriously furnished, well equipped, nice sitting area, central location in Istria with easy access to the most beautiful towns and villages. Only drawback is the distance to shops. Good quality / price ratio. We can highly recommend this villa to people who want to spend a quiet holiday in a very rural area, and are willing to choose when they look up the bustle of the city. An absolute must!...

Wir, Ehepaar um die 65 mit Tante 93 erlebten 7 wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Petit, wurden sehr, sehr herzlich von Boris Mutter empfangen und genossen 2 x die aussergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft und Kochkunst von Boris. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung sind zu 100% Wirklichkeit, die ruhige Lage unweit von der Küste mit seinen Küstenbädern Rovinje, Pula etc. sowie die vielen Tages-Ausflug......

Delightful Cottage and Courtyard
This was a perfect location for our 4 day stay, in central Istria so we easily did daily driving trips to Rovinj-Bale; Motovun-Grozjan-Hum; Trieste. This old stone cottage is nicely renovated and the fireplace was a nice touch, we used this each night, it quickly warmed the whole cottage. Kitchen was well equipped and had all we needed to prepare all our meals. The courtyard is lovely, unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to enjoy it on our visit. Future guests take note the beds are smaller than expected, only a AUS double (140cm wide). Our only criticism is would have been nicer to have real glass shower screens instead of Ikea shower curtains, and a shelf inside shower for soap shampoos is needed.

It is a lovingly restored small stone building with stylish and cosy furnishings. We loved the old family photographs throughout the house! The pool looked really inviting (it was October, so unfortunately too cold to go in). The area is very tranquil - just what we were after. Radetici is in central Istria, so it is well located for exploring Istria in all directions.

Wir, Ehepaar um die 65 mit Tante 93 erlebten 7 wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Petit, wurden sehr, sehr herzlich von Boris Mutter empfangen und genossen 2 x die aussergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft und Kochkunst von Boris. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung sind zu 100% Wirklichkeit, die ruhige Lage unweit von der Küste mit seinen Küstenbädern Rovinje, Pula etc. sowie die vielen Tages-Ausflugs-Ziele in den Bergen oder an der Küste, am Fjord oder auch sonstwo lassen keine Wünsche übrig. Die mit hohem Standart versehene Ausstattung,egal ob in der Wohnküche, den Schlafbereichen wie auch das Bad und die großzügige Aussenterrasse mit dem kleinen Pool machten unsere 7 Tage zu einem tollen Erlebnis und einem "Hort der Zufriedenheit und Atmosphäre". Meine Frau als ehem. Einrichtungsberatering war und ist immer noch sehr beeinruckt von dem Stil des Hauses, der Einrichtung und der Unikate, die Boris aus Spanien, Italien und aus eigener Creation fertigen lässt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und die Villa an unsere Freunde und Bekannte empfehlen und können ohne Übertreibung die Bewertung mit 5+ abgeben.

Sehr schickes Haus und super Gastfreundschaft
1 Woche Urlaub ist viel zu kurz für Istrien, vor allem in diesem Haus. Alles ganz neu und stilvoll eingerichtet mit einem super gastfreundlichen Service der Eltern des Besitzers. Vom Dorf aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf's Meer und einen super Start für zahlreiche MTB Touren. Nächstes Jahr wieder! Danke an Boris, Anita und Boris Vater!

wirklich zu empfehlen
Das Haus ist echt ein Geheimtipp! Wir waren die allerersten Mieter überhaupt und absolut begeistert. Sehr stylish eingerichtet und absolut perfekt ausgestattet. Vom Bademantel über die Hotelpantoffeln bis hin zum mit Getränken, Käse und Schinken gefüllten Kühlschrank ist wirklich alles da. W-LAN, Mountainbikes - wir haben nix vermisst. Die Eltern des Besitzers haben uns noch dazu supernett empfangen und sich lieb um uns gekümmert. Für 2 - 4 Personen ideal (zu sechst wirds sicher eng). Radetici liegt ruhig und abgeschieden - mit dem Auto ist man aber flott im nächsten Ort oder an der Küste. Also von uns 5 Sterne PLUS!
