Nel cuore di Pula uno può trovare tranquilità e il massimo della privacy in questa magnifica villa di lusso di 430 mq che si estende sul 800 mq di terreno e dispone di 2 grandi soggiorni, 2 cucine, 6 camere da letto, 4 bagni con vasche idromassaggio, fitness, 1 grill all’aperto e 1 caminetto, calcio balilla, frecette elettroniche, PlayStation 3, ping pong, biliardo e una sauna ad infrarossi, che tanti benefici dall’aspetto medico, per gli asmatici in particolare. Due camere hanno il proprio bagno, ognuna di loro ha la TV al plasma. Il soggiorno ha un divano angolare con schienali regolabili. Entrambi i soggiorni dispongono di una grande collezione di letteratura in diverse lingue. La struttura è coperta da WiFi.

Il giardino è dotato da una piscina di 25 mq, mobili da giardino di alta qualità e un piccolo parco giochi. La terrazza vi offre l’opportunità di godere la splendida vista della città ed è anche un posto ideale per prendere un pasto all’aperto. La seconda terrazza si trova lungo la perte posteriore della villa e crea un angolo privato con barbecue. Villa Pina dispone di 5 posti auto privati. A 10 metri si trova un campo sportivo della città con campi di calcio e basket e un parco giochi. Offriamo anche un posto barca nella marina ACI Pomer. Questa villa offre e garantisce il comfort e la privacy e così potete rilassarvi nella vacanza che meritate.

We were 6 adults and 6 children who stayed at Villa Pina for 2 weeks in July. It was 2 fantastic weeks!! The house was awsome! All though we were a bit unlucky With the weather, we never had a borring moment! A lot of different activities for all of us at the house, the pool area was great, the house was clean and well equiped! 2 minutes away restaurant Budapest gave us great service and great Food! And the owners were fantastic! They were serviceminded and did everything so that we should hav......

Wonderful family holiday at Villa Pina, Pula
We are a three generational family of 12 and everyone of us had the most amazing time staying in Villa Pina. It is a spacious, well furnished and comfortable home in which to relax and socialise. All of the family loved the swimming pool, the pool room (and other games) and the beautiful covered terrace balcony, for evening dinners and drinks. The Villa is within walking distance of the old town, aquarium and marina - we did this comfortably- and a well stocked small supermarket. It is also on a bus route, which was handy for us as we didn’t have a car. Our hosts Vanja and Boris were an absolute delight and did everything to make our holiday a success. Their warmth and generosity was a great joy to us. We will always remember our holiday in summer of 2023.

È stata senza dubbio una delle vacanze migliori, i proprietari della villa sono delle persone fantastiche, disponibili, gentili e oneste. La villa molto curata e pulitissima al nostro arrivo Collocata in una posizione strategica permette di raggiungere in poco tempo il centro di Pola e le più belle spiagge. Anche i ristoranti attorno si sono rivelati una bellissima sorpresa, abbiamo mangiato benissimo, e questo sempre grazie a Vanjia che ci ha consigliato i migliori ristoranti. Se siete indecisi sulla vostra prossima vacanza questa villa sicuramente non vi deludererà

Perfect vacation
We stayed at Villa Pina for one week in june. You really couldn‘t expect more for the price, the house is even more beautiful than the pictures online. It‘s really spacious and the pool area is amazing. But most importantly the host is very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and we would definetly stay at Villa Pina again.

Perfect for family and friends
First of all - everything was perfect. Weve been there with 12 adults and a baby amd there was nothing missing - great pool and grill area, nice furniture, enough space for all couples, the big terrace on the first floor was great for group dinnings. You can reach various beaches within a kilometre and the supermarket is just around the corner (bigger markets are 5min with the car). The hosts couldnt welcome and accomodate us better and were very helpful. The only thing we didnt enjoy was when we had to leave after a week...

Sehr schönes Haus!
Aufenthalt mit 4 Personen. Sehr schönes Haus mit guter und gepflegter Einrichtung. Sehr empfehlenswert. Die Eigentümer waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beachten muss man allerdings, dass die obere Etage einen separaten Zugang hat.

Luxury villa in the middle of Pula
We had a fantastic stay at Villa Pina. The pictures don't do the place any justice, it is even better when you see it for real. The pool is the best feature and the owner made sure that it was always clean. The house is spotless and there even is a playstation in the house next to darts, billiard, table tennis, etc. We will come back. Try the restaurant Budapet down the road and the Pizzeria Asterix.
