Sehr lobenswert ist die (leider nicht alltägliche) Tatsache, dass die Fotos auf der Website von Croatia Luxury Rent die Villa Sadic genau so darstellen, wie sie in Wirklichkeit auch aussieht. Ansprechende Fotos - ohne Retusche. Das gediegene Interieur der Villa hat genau unseren persönlichen Geschmack getroffen. Den Komfort von drei......

Wir hatten zu sechst einen wirklich schönen Urlaub. Das Haus hält was es verspricht. Tolle Lage, gepflegte Zimmer und Außenanlage, zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Es wäre jedoch schön gewesen wenn für jeden Gast ein Liegestuhl zur Verfügung gestanden hätte. Ein paar Haken mehr zum Aufhängen der Handtücher würden nicht schaden. Die Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert.

We stayed at Villa Sadić as a group of four friends. It could not have been more perfect! The place looks exactly like in the pictures. Katarina and Jurica made sure, that we had everything we needed. The place was spotlessly clean and offered all the appliances etc. one hopes to find in order to have a comfortable stay. The private beach and the pool were awesome. You can also have a barbecue thanks to the fireplace just besides the house. We can wholeheartedly recommend to stay here.

Die Villa Sadic war mehr als ein Urlaubsdomizil - es war das schöne Gefühl einer zweiten Heimat. Wir hatten in diesem Haus zu sechst eine herrliche Woche verbracht. Sehr lobenswert ist die (leider nicht alltägliche) Tatsache, dass die Fotos auf der Website von Croatia Luxury Rent die Villa Sadic genau so darstellen, wie sie in Wirklichkeit auch aussieht. Ansprechende Fotos - ohne Retusche. Das gediegene Interieur der Villa hat genau unseren persönlichen Geschmack getroffen. Den Komfort von drei Zimmern inkl. drei (!) Badezimmern haben wir bezüglich Privatsphäre sehr genossen. Und auch das Exterieur hat uns wunderschöne Urlaubstage beschert: die Terrasse mit den sanft im Wind wehenden Vorhängen, der beheizbare Pool und der direkte Privatzugang zum Meer. Sehr angenehm ist die Lage der Villa Sadic am Novigrader Meer: wir waren von nahezu absoluter Stille umgeben. Wie eingangs erwähnt: das schöne Gefühl einer zweiten Heimat. Der Empfang sowie die Kommunikation mit den Eigentürmern der Villa Sadic waren sehr angenehm, herzlich und professionell. Zur Begrüßung in unserem Urlaubsdomizil freuten wir uns unter anderem über eine Flasche Wein und eine gut gefüllte Obstschale. Bezüglich einer technischen Frage waren die Eigentümer über WhatsApp erreichbar und auch umgehend zur Stelle. Zusammengefasst: ein toller Urlaub in einem schönen Land und in einem herrlichen Haus.

Amazing Croatian house and hosts
My family and I, which consists of my wife and two teenage daughters wanted to find a house near the sea, with privacy but also possibility for visiting bigger cities and natures. We found Villa Sadic, and judging from the pictures, we were immediately hooked. However in REAL life it far exceeded our expections. The house was newly build and thus in a mint condition. The terrasse, overlooking the Sea, was as well providing one with shade and comfort when the sun was too much. The pool was nice and warm, and the private beach, a chapter of its own, was fantastic. You follow the stairs, which by the way was build in the same stones as the house, below the house down towards the Sea to the private beach and then right there in front of yours eyes, heaven on earth appears, and absolute amazing scenery. Out hosts, Katarina and Jurica, were the greatest hosts one could had hoped for. They were very friendly, helped and assisted us with anything we asked and did everything they could to give us an extraordinary stay. Posedarje town is a small town, with mainly locals, so not to crowed and not full of tourists which we like. Our little piece of heaven we called it - and we can highly recommend Posedarje and Villa Sadic. We will definitely come back. Regards/Claus & Family

Villa Sadic is really an unique croatian experience. We have been looking quite long time for a house providing privacy and thus direct access to sea and interesting places and we found all of this in Villa Sadic. The house is newly built, and both exterior and interior have been built with great sense for traditional architecture and quality materials. The pool has just the right size for relaxation and the private beach, which is located just under the house is providing great access to the sea. Katarina and Jurica are great hosts and they helped us immediately with any request. They even provided us lot of extra service, just to have really extraordinary stay. We can strongly recommend this place both for families with children, but also for couples, looking for place with privacy, style and great accessibility to interesting places in croatia like island Pag, Zadar, or Nin. We will definitely come back, Jan.
