Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette villa : 5 couples, z enfants, deux bébés. Tout était parfait. les photos rendent mal le niveau de finition et d’ameublement tout à fait inhabituel en location. La piscine est splendide, le jardin très bien agencé et la terrasse idéale pour les soirées avec la vue sur Split et la mer en toile de fond. Endroit idéal pour rayonner dans toute la Dalmatie. De plus le propriétaire est voisin et aux petits soins pour ses clients.

Fabulous Villa with Stunning Views of Split
Our party of 7 people (4 adults and 3 children) stayed here the first week of August 2020 and we were all delighted with our choice. The photos of the views of Split, do not do it justice; these views were one of our favourite aspects of the house/location. The owner is a lovely man and kindly arranged a private airport transfer for us. He organised a driver who spoke fluent English and made sure we were settled in our villa before leaving us on our first day. Our driver showed us around the local area and even helped us with our initial supermarket shop, as we had quite some time before accessing the villa (having arrived on a very early flight). We booked our driver again for a mid-week excursion and he definitely went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, which was great given that this was our first time in Croatia. Before our visit, we had read lots of reviews about this villa (on various sites) and think it is important to say that some of them now have out of date information/comments. Specifically, we can confirm that there is an outdoor games area (with table tennis, table football and darts), that there is a very small but well stocked convenience shop at the top of the hill (which is less than one minutes walk away), and that the villa has every appliance you will need (including a toaster, which was mentioned in one post we read). It’s also worth noting that the owner told us that we only had to ask if we felt we were missing anything. We have stayed in a number of private villas over the last few years, and this one is definitely worthy of 5 stars. We would therefore thoroughly recommend it.

We were a group of 10 that spent a week in Villa Zvonimir. We were greeted by Zvonko and his family who among them spoke Croatian, English and German. They were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble! The villa is furnished beautifully and in excellent condition. It was also spotless. The kitchen is fully equipped and all of the rooms are large and spacious. The pool is lovely with plenty of space and quiet surroundings. We had dinner outside most nights in the sheltered outdoor space/BBQ area. With being high up there are also lovely views of Split and of the mountains. The villa is in a really good location but we would definitely recommend having a car as there’s [not much around]. It took around 20 minutes to drive down into Split marina (35 minutes during rush hour) and we took an Uber one night which cost 77 kuna per four person car. Lidl is a 7 minute drive away in Solin. Note there is no games room (this is a website error).

Ein tolles Haus
Hallo, wir haben mit 12 Personen eine Woche in der Villa Zvonimir verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet, mit super Küchen und schönen Zimmern. Der Pool, die überdachte Aussenküche mit großem Tisch waren ideal für unsere Gruppe, alle Mahlzeiten hatten wir dort. Ein Parkplatz für die Autos ist direkt am Haus, das Grundstück ist umzäunt und mit einem grossen Schiebetor an der Einfahrt. Das erhöht liegende Haus bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf Split und das Meer. Es liegt somit etwas ausserhalb der Touristenströme von Split, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Alles war top sauber und gepflegt. Das Vermieterehepaar war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus ist super, 5 Sterne von uns, Einen schönen Urlaub

Exceptional Property
This Villa was everything we hoped it would be. The Villa was beautiful and in excellent condition. The owners were super friendly and helpful. It was a perfect location for us as we didn't want to be based directly in Split with all the tourists. It was quiet with a great outlook over Split and the mountains. We did have a car which I would recommend and the location was the perfect base to explore the Dalmatian Coast. Thanks for an awesome holiday!

Super Urlaub in super Villa!
Wir waren mit einer 10 Personen Gruppe in der Villa Zvonimir. Es ist ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross, und mit grossen Einbauschränken ausgestattet. Manche Zimmer sind mit integriertem Bad. Auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Der Pool ist schön gross, und es hat auch ausreichend viele Liegen.Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick über Split. Ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, wo es auch frisches Brot und alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht,zu kaufen gibt.Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, und standen auch jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung.Wir haben uns hier alle sehr wohl gefühlt, und kommen bestimmt wieder!!!
