This modern villa is located in a natural environment with a distinctive Istrian charm and will satisfy even the most demanding wishes of lovers of modern architecture. Four large bedrooms with plenty of sunlight are equipped with double beds. While you sleep, you will feel like you are in nature, with all the luxury and comfort that each bedroom offers. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare fine meals in good company. The living room is equipped with the latest Samsung display and Bose S1 portable Bluetooth speaker, as well as a PlayStation 4, while a whole range of social games can be used for relaxation. Of course, on sunny days you can swim in the pool or play volleyball on the playground. In the evenings, you can relax in the sauna or prepare your dinner by the outdoor fireplace. Rovinjsko Selo is located not far from the town of Rovinj and is a perfect opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Experience beautiful hills and real country vacation near fascinating Istrian towns. Pets are allowed in this accommodation at the owner's discretion or for a fee.

Vila #1 je savršena za opušteni odmor. Dizajnerski namještaj, savršene udobne sjedeće garniture unutra i vani. Lijepo posuđe, Fine čaše za vino, koktele, vodu..., Jura aparat za kavu., ledomat....Sobe predivne, udobne te ugodna posteljina. Tuš koji se ne kliže. Vani veliki bazen i sauna. Rasvjeta koja je noću predivna. Terasa nam je bila najbolji dio za užitak u ispijanju kave, koktela, večera... Vila nema manu. Vraćamo se i jedva ćekamo! ❤️❤️❤️ CLR-Kriv......

Ein wirklich sehr schönes und großzügiges Haus mit einem tollen Außensitzbereich. Die Sauna haben wir bei den kälteren Tagen im August auch genutzt, traumhaft! Mit dem Auto oder Taxi ist man in 10 Minuten in Rovinj. Im Dorf gibt es einen gut sortierten Lebensmittelladen. Wir können die Villa sehr empfehlen! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sehr schönes großzügiges neues Haus. Ruhig gelegen. Hochwertige Einrichtung. Sehr schöne Küche, in der wirklich alles vorhanden ist. Das Haus hat insgesamt 5 Bäder. Somit sind 10 Personen kein Problem. Leider hat es auf der Sonnenterrasse keine Möbel und am Pool auch nur 4 Sonnenliegen. Weitere Liegen konnten leider nicht zu Verfügung gestellt werden. Was wir sehr schade fanden, da wir 6 Personen waren.

Sehr schönes großzügiges neues Haus. Ruhig gelegen. Hochwertige Einrichtung. Sehr schöne Küche, in der wirklich alles vorhanden ist. Das Haus hat insgesamt 5 Bäder.
