Modern Villa 55 is located in the picturesque village of Vela Traba in central Istria. With its elegant exterior and interior, the villa captivates with a truly urban appearance and interesting design. Surrounded by a lot of greenery, the villa offers a wonderful, uninterrupted view of the surrounding nature, which every guest is sure to enjoy. Villa 55 is equipped with underfloor heating and has a living area of 433 m2 with 4 spacious and comfortably furnished bedrooms, each with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Guests also have two separate toilets for added comfort. On the first floor of the house there is a spacious kitchen equipped with everything guests will need during their stay, including two refrigerators and two ovens, while there is a charming smaller kitchen with a beautiful wine rack that will delight the wine lovers among you is located in the tavern. The dining area comfortably seats all guests, while the beautiful living room is both functional and inviting. The fully fenced 3400 m2 garden of the villa has a beautiful overflow pool (55 m2) and a children's pool (16 m2) for the fun of the youngest guests. You can relax on the sun loungers by the pool or in the wellness area with sauna and whirlpool. Those who need action and activity can use the outdoor exercise equipment, while everyone can enjoy their dinner at the outdoor dining table and preparing meals on the grill. The villa also has 4 private parking spaces and a car charger for electric cars. If you choose Villa 55 in Vela Traba for your vacation, don't miss the opportunity to visit Pazin. Just a minute away by car, Pazin is located in the heart of the Istrian peninsula. Great Villa 55!
The house is really fantastic! When you enter the house for the first time, you are overwhelmed by the sheer size of the house. The architecture is wonderful, very modern and very thoughtful. You are able to enjoy full privacy on a huge property, basically with almost no neighbors. The equipment is really perfect (perfect kitchen, very nice pool with salt water, jacuzzi, sauna, outside Bose speaker system, outside fire place, etc.) and makes your stay a wonderful experience. Being in the heart of Istria, it is a perfect starting point for sightseeing all over Istria. We went to Novigrad, Porec, Rovinj, Pula, Pazin, Motovun and many more. Everything's in very close distance. Porec is the closest city on the coast (20 minutes) and offers wonderful beaches. Supermarket is very closed (5 min) and also nice restaurants are available in Pazin (we highly recommend Konoba Vela Vrata). The landlord is basically available 24/7 and is very helpful with any question you have. We really loved it and highly recommend a stay at Villa 55, especially if you are looking for something with plenty of space and a very high degree of privacy. We had two wonderful weeks with perfect weather, in a perfect house, with a perfect garden and a perfect pool, perfect beaches and perfect sightseeing spots.
