Your stay in Villa Activia

Attractive and uniquely designed Villa Activia is in the village of St.Petar, just 10 km away from Biograd and 19 km away from Zadar in Central Dalmatia. Due to the small distance from the famous tourist towns, this villa is an ideal choice for holidays with family and friends. Nearby is also National Park of Kornati, and for those that like sailing or boat excursions, there is a beautiful marina Marina Kornati in Biograd - a nautical and regatta centre of Dalmatia. This modern and luxuriously decorated villa Activia, with a living space of 227 m2, provides accommodation for a total of 10 guests in 4 spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds while other two bedrooms have 2 single beds. In each bedroom with a double bed is one extra bed for one person. In the villa are available 4 bathrooms equipped with walk-in shower cabins, one bathroom with bathtub and a walk-in shower cabin. There is also one separate toilet. On the ground floor of the villa is fully equipped kitchen that is connected with the dining area as well with the harmoniously furnished and cosy living room. The living room, equipped with fireplace and Smart TV, is a perfect place where you can enjoy your time spent with friends or family after an active day. The special offer the villa includes a relaxing area with a sauna and shower, if you are in need of relaxation. If You wish to have fun, there is a room with console PS4, and for those more active there is a gym. In a beautiful yard, you can find a pool of 35m2 surrounded by 4 sun loungers. There is also Artificial climbing rock 6 m high. Outside You can find a barbecue and an outside dining table for a family lunch with friends. The whole property is completely fenced with a concrete wall that gives guests comfort and privacy. The Villa Activia is situated in the heart of the Adriatic, near the cities of Biograd and Zadar. These are some of the most famous centres of urban tourism in Dalmatia offering numerous cultural sights, autochthonous specialties and a rich tourist program. This villa is a perfect place for those in need of relaxation as those who love active holidays, fun and exploring historical sights. The owners offer a possibility of cleaning the villa and the swimming pool during the week at an extra charge. Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 28 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.

Ihm war es sehr wichtig dass wir unsere Zeit dort genießen und war darum bemüht dass alles perfekt ist. Er war stets erreichbar und man konnte Wünsche und Fragen äußern. Die Villa ist ein Traum. Wir wurden vom Besitzer sehr gastfreundlich empfangen. Er war für uns immer telefonisch erreichbar und hat sich mehrmals erkundigt ob wir etwas brauchen. Bei unserer Anreise wurde uns ein richtiges Abendessen vorbereitet, mit Schnaps, Wein und Kecksen als Geschenk. Es handelt sich um ein wunderschönes, neu gebautes Designer Haus mit sehr moderner cooler Einrichtung. Zum Meer ist es auch gar nicht weit ..Zadar liegt auch nicht weit entfernt. Hatten eine wunderschöne Woche und k&oum......

The house has big pool, artificial climbing rock and BBQ so we enjoyed our stay in house most of the time. Ana was an amazing host and very helpful. 7Wunderschöne Tage in der Vila Activia. Hatten alles was man braucht an Luxus . Kann sehr viel Spaß haben und Aktiv sein😀 Gibt sehr viel Platz im Haus. Sehr nette Begrüßung und die Ansprechpartnerin Ana die für das Haus ständig ist ,sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.Top Niveau. Wir waren drei Familien und können die Vila nur weiter empfehlen. Würden jeder Zeit wieder die Vila nehmen.

Super schöne und moderne Villa mit bestem Service seitens des Vermieters. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Wir haben jeden Tag unseres Urlaubs genossen. Der Strand ist wirklich in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Empfehlen können wir auch die Bäckerei Pekara Tina in Richtung Zadar zu finden. Hvala Ana Pozdrav und viele Grüße Sabahudin

Hallo - ein wunderschöne Villa in einer wunderschönen Gegend - top eingerichtet, Küche, Schlafzimmer, Fitnessraum, Sauna, Duschen, Toiletten, Pool, Terrasse und Pool - es gibt überhaupt nichts, was es zu kritisieren gäbe - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, tolles Restaurant in der Nähe, Meer in 2 Minuten (über Campingplatz) erreichbar - für 8 Personen eine Traumvilla und nur zu empfehlen - besonders hervorzuheben ist noch die Hilfsbereitschaft und Gastfreundschaft der beiden Gastgeberinnen Ana und Ante, die sich mehrmals in der Woche bei uns erkundigt haben, ob alles in Ordnung sei - Ana hat uns auch tolle Tipps für Ausflüge zukommen lassen. Alles in Allem eine traumhafte Woche ! Vielen Dank nochmals aus Tirol !

Die Villa Activia ist ein sehr modernes, toll angelegtes Haus. Es ist alles für einen entspannten Urlaub vorhanden. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes, modernes Bad. Die Wasserqualität und überhaupt die ganze Ausstattung ist sehr gepflegt und gut. Jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Klimaanlage die sehr ruhig läuft und das Zimmer schnell abkühlt. Der Pool ist groß und sehr schön. Die Lage an der Straße ist ok. Nicht sehr viel Verkehr. Zum Einkaufen in einem größeren Markt ( Lidl, Kaufland ) muss man etwas fahren, aber Bäcker und kleiner Lebensmittelladen sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Meer ist ca. 150m weg vom Grundstück. Leicht zu erreichen und mit kleinen Kieselsteinen aufgefüllt. Auch für Kinder geeignet. Allerdings wenig Schatten und keine Dusche am Strand. Gute Restaurantbesuche in ca. 1 km möglich. Unsere Hausdame Anna war jederzeit für uns per sms ansprechbar. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Schinken-Käseplatte parat. Sie war sehr freundlich und hat sich gut um uns gekümmert. Kleines Manko in der Küche ist dass der Kühlschrank etwas klein ist. Man muss ja auch die Getränke kühlen. Wir waren sehr glücklich so einen schönen Urlaub in Kroatien verbracht zu haben. Die Leute sind sehr freundlich. Wir haben die Adresse schon an Freunde und Bekannte weitergegeben und die Villa sehr weiterempfohlen.

Wir besuchten die Villa im August für eine Woche. Es war absolut PERFEKT! Ana empfing uns unglaublich freundlich mit einem Abendessen als wir ankamen. Jederzeit erreichbar und stets bemüht uns alles von den Lippen zu lesen. Sie versüßte uns den Urlaub unheimlich. Wir würden jedem empfehlen, diese Villa zu besuchen! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir haben die Villa für 2 Wochen Ende Juli/Anfang August gebucht und wurden gleich bei der Anreise von Ana herzlich empfangen. Die Villa von Ante ist sehr geräumig, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Bis zum Meer sind es nur ca. 200m. Ana ist als Ansprechpartnerin immer zu erreichen und auch Ante erkundigte sich mehrmals telefonisch bei uns. Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen. Von und gibt es auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne. P.s.: Ante, Ana hat eine Gehaltserhöhung für ihren super Einsatz verdient :-)))))
