The rustic villa Adea is located in Istria, in the beautiful town of Sv. Lovreč, which is located on the western part of the Istrian peninsula. This small town is a hidden gem and one of the best preserved medieval fortified towns in Istria. Villa Adea offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 people who have 200 m2 at their disposal, and the total area of the property is 768 m2. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds (180x200), while on the ground floor there is a fourth bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) which, if necessary, can be joined together. Two bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and the villa has another bathroom with a bathtub, which is located between the two rooms. On the ground floor of this fully air-conditioned villa, there is also a kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals for the whole family, as well as a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats and a living room. There you will rest on two sofas and two armchairs, socialize and watch TV. There is an outdoor dining table on the outdoor terrace, and there is also a heated pool of 32 m2 and 1.5 metres deep. On the sunbathing area, next to the pool, there are 8 deckchairs for sunbathing, which will be ideal for enjoying your favourite book. You will be able to prepare delicious meals of your choice on the outdoor charcoal or wood grill. During your stay, you can use the feeder, baby cot, washing machine and iron in the villa. There is also an infrared sauna on the terrace, thanks to which you will have the opportunity to enjoy peace and quiet, and afford time for yourself! The courtyard of Villa Adea is completely fenced and offers 1 parking space, while there are 2 more spaces outside the courtyard. Istria will offer you beautiful sunsets, many choices for day trips, and the proximity of cities where you can walk or ride a bike. Likewise, in various taverns or restaurants, you will be able to try the perfect gastronomic offer of excellent delicacies that will delight every palate! Welcome to Villa Adea!
