Your stay in Villa Adelinda

Luxury villa Adelinda is located in a small village Maslenica near the urban centre of Zadar in Northern Dalmatia. Just a few minutes’ walk from the sea, this comfortable villa will provide you the perfect dream holiday. Villa Adelinda of 107 m2 is decorated in a contemporary style and spreads over two floors. The maximum capacity of the villa is for a total of 8 people. The villa has 3 modernly decorated and air-conditioned rooms located on the second floor overlooking the beautiful Adriatic Sea. One of the rooms has ensuite bathroom, and on the upper floor there is another bathroom available. Two rooms have double beds and one has two single beds. There is also one extra bed in one room and a sofa bed in the living room. On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room with a glass wall and access to a large terrace with pool. In the openly designed interior, next to the living room there is a modern kitchen and dining room, office corner and additional toilet. In the yard of the villa next to the heated pool of 32 m2 there are 8 deck chairs, a spacious sun deck, a fully equipped pool house and a children's larch playground with a slide, swing and a small house with additional bathroom. Inside the completely fenced yard there are 3 parking spaces available. Just a few minutes pleasant walk away is the beautiful rocky beach Tratarica where you will experience all the charms of the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea. For all those who enjoy adrenaline adventures, on the 56 m high Maslenica bridge you can try a bungee jumping experience. In the vicinity of Maslenica there are many other interesting places with many summers entertainment events. For example, on the nearby island of Pag, in addition to an interesting landscape and historical monuments, you will find one of the most famous party beaches in Croatia - Zrće, known as the Croatian Ibiza. For all those who enjoy more romantic walks and exploring historical antiquities, nearby is the royal town of Nin, whose streets still bear a trace of some past times. Do not miss to visit the church of St. Cross, the smallest cathedral in the world that is specific in its architecture in tune with the natural rhythm of the seasons. This type of construction with an astronomical layout allows you to monitor the winter and summer solstice because the sun's rays fall through the oval openings of the church at a specific time, so in the past it served as a kind of clock. In addition to these extremely valuable cultural and historical monuments, Dalmatia is also known for its excellent gastronomic offer, which is rich in fresh fish, seafood, top spices and olive oil. Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und jederzeit für Rückfragen erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen. Aufenthalt Villa Adelinda
Wir wurden herzlichst begrüßt. Die Gastgeber immer sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir waren mit zwei Familien da. Vor Ort im Haus konnten auch Stand up Paddle kostenlos benutzt werden. Das Poolhaus und der beheizte Pool waren ein Traum. Maslenica selbst ist ein kleines Dorf, sehr ruhig.

Ein toller Urlaub mit fantastischen Gastgebern
Wir waren mit 2 Familien dort (4 Erwachsenen und 2 14 jährige Jungs). 3 Schlafzimmer oben. Die Jungs hatte ein eigenes Zimmer. Es gibt ein großes Elternschlafzimmer mit integriertem Bad ohne Toilette. Dieses Zimmer hat den direkten Zugang zum Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Eine Extratoilette befindet sich unten. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist kleiner und hat ein Bad im ersten Stock. Alle Zimmer (auch das Wohnzimmer) haben Klimaanlagen, die wunderbar funktionieren. Der Hit sind das Poolhaus und der Pool. Wir haben nur die Poolküche mit Kamin genutzt. Was gibt es schöneres, als mit Blick auf den Pool zu kochen und zu grillen. Bei uns wurde jeden 2.ten Tag gegrillt. Herrlich. Der Pool ist wunderbar. Zusätzlich gibt es 4 Stand-up-Paddles. Ein Traum. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter bergab und zurück schön bergauf. Das Wasser ist herrlich, es gibt diverse Badestellen im Umkreis mit Bars und Liegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind hier viele: Studenak um die Ecke, Tommy nicht viel weiter und Plodine als großer Markt mit dem Auto schnell erreicht. Das Beste aber sind die Gastgeber: Ivan und seine Frau sind sooooooo mega nett, kümmern sich um alles und wollen nur, dass man eine entspannte schöne Zeit hat. Mittwochs kontrolliert er die Poolwerte (man sieht und hört ihn nicht) und am Samstag wird der Pool sowie die Wohnung von beiden wieder in Schuss gebracht. Ganz tolle Menschen. Zur Begrüßung gab es Melone, eine Schinken-Salamiplatte und Obst, sehr aufmerksam . Alles in allem 10 Punkte von 10 Danke P.S. Wir haben in Kroatien Diesel für 1,36€/l getankt !!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Amazing villa that is exactly as shown in the pictures. The pool was great, and the air conditioning in the villa was very welcome as it was up to 34C the week we went. A few minutes walk down to the coast, but uphill on the way back. Nice quiet location, and Maslenica itself is relatively quiet, but not too far from the main roads. Better beaches elsewhere though. We very much enjoyed our holiday, and the warm welcome we received.

Wir, zwei Familien mit kleinen Kindern, haben unseren zwei wöchigen Urlaub in der Villa Adelinda absolut genossen. Das Ferienhaus und das Grundstück sind sauber, modern ausgestattet und bieten eine tolle Privatsphäre. Es gab mehr als genügend Handtücher, die einmal pro Woche gewechselt wurden (wer lieber öfter frische Handtücher möchte, kann diese aber auch einfach selbst in der vorhandenen Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion waschen). Auch die Betten wurden wöchentlich frisch bezogen. Insgesamt ein toller Service für ein Ferienhaus. In der Villa haben wir uns hauptsächlich im Poolhaus aufgehalten - dank voll ausgestatteter Küche & Grill gab es bei uns eigentlich jede Mahlzeit da draußen. Gerade abends ist es im September schon etwas kühler, hier konnten wir entspannt im Poolhaus sitzen ohne zu frieren. Auch der Pool war durchgehend auf eine sehr angenehme Temperatur geheizt. Der Ort Maslenica ist ein ruhiges Dorf mit ein paar netten Restaurants/Bars direkt am Meer. Super Ausgangsort auch für Ausflüge in die Region: Die Städte & Strände rund um Zadar und Nin erreicht man in ca. 30-40 min. Split oder der Nationalpark Krka sind nur 1h - 1,5h Autofahrt entfernt. Aber auch in wenigen Fahrminuten erreicht man schöne Strände in der Gegend. Nicht zuletzt sind wir von dem Engagement des Gastgeberpaares überaus begeistert: Es gab einen "Willkommens-Snack" & zahlreiche Ausflugstips. Darüber hinaus wurden alle Wünsche, die wir vorab geäußert hatten (u.a. zwei Kinderstühle und ein Beistellbett) zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt (was ja leider nicht immer Standard ist). Allgemein war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Ivan als auch mit Croatia Luxury Rent absolut vorbildlich, weshalb wir die Villa als wirklich sehr empfehlenswert bewerten.

3 Wochen pure Erholung
Der Ort Maslenica liegt sehr schön am Meer und nahe den Bergen, mit der spektakulären Brücke inklusive Bungee Jumping. Die Villa war unsere zweite Station in Kroatien. Wir konnten schon vorzeitig am Samstagmittag unser Gepäck in das Poolhaus stellen, was vor allem bei den heißen Temperaturen sehr wertvoll war. Der Empfang vom Vermieterehepaar war sehr herzlich und sie waren auch für den ganzen Aufenthalt immer für uns gut erreichbar. Das Poolhaus war unser Hauptaufenthaltsort und die Abende am Grill waren unvergesslich. Der Pool wurde zweimal pro Woche gereinigt und die Bettwäsche/Handtücher wöchentlich gewechselt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und unser Golden Retriever war auch willkommen. Wir können das Haus wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Ein schöner Zusatzpunkt waren die Stand-up-Paddles, welche wir direkt am Meer, nahe der Beach Bar ausprobiert haben. Ein kleiner Tipp für einen abendlichen Ausflug (30min zu Fuß nördlich vom Haus) ist das Restaurant Morlacco, eine alte Bauxitmine, welche sich gerade zu einem Ausflugsziel entwickelt und super Essen und Wein anbietet.

Simply Fantastic!
We had a fantastic stay in Villa Adelinda! The house is beautiful, really new and luxuriously equipped. However, we only spent time in it for sleeping (which is actually a shame because it´s so nice!). But, there is this AMAZING pool house with an outdoor grill and a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and a side-by-side refrigerator) which you can either leave open or separate with glass doors in case of bad weather - perfect for spending 24/7 outside! In addition, Ivan and his family are just the nicest people ever, whenever we had a question we got a response within minutes. All in all, we had the perfect holiday and would love to come back!

Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Villa verbracht , vier Personen und ein Hund. Die Eigentümer Ivan und seine Frau haben uns herzlich begrüßt , im Kühlschrank fanden wir frisches Obst , Getränke und dalmatische Köstlichkeiten. Das Haus ist modern und geschmackvoll Eingerichtet , der Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer ist wirklich toll. Das Grundstück, welches komplett umzäuntes ist und daher keine Einsicht ermöglicht , bietet eine tolle Privatsphäre. Besonders schön ist das komplett ausgestattete Poolhaus , Grill und Küche haben wir vorwiegend dort genutzt. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und wurde regelmäßig kontrolliert und gereinigt. Auch die Betten im Haus wurden innerhalb der zwei Wochen einmal komplett erneuert. Insgesamt hatten wir einen traumhaften Urlaub in Maslenica. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und bedanken uns für all den Service und die Gastfreundschaft von Ivan und seiner Frau !

We were very happy with our booking. The owner was more than helpful and solved any request upon return. The vila is very nice and so are the pool and the pool house. Kids appreciated mini playgroud and the fact, that the pool was heated was a big plus. The whole facility is very well equipped. Shops and beach are in walking distance even with small kids. We would recommend booking this villa for everyone.

Amazing Villa for relaxing
The house is really fantastic! We stayed at the villa for one week - 4 persons and a dog in June 2022. The villa is set in a quiet surrounding at the back of a dead-end street with no passer-byes, is completely fenced and thus perfect with a dog or when you want to relax (also 2 large parking spaces are inside the gated area). The house is completely new and beautifully designed, it looked even better in real life than on the already beautiful pictures on this page. the absolute highlight is the pool house, which contains a full kitchen with side-by-side fridge (incl ice machine) as well as a BBQ grill (wood) and two very large wood tables. you can slide to doors all the way open and create a wonderful atmosphere. We loved this outdoor pool house so much we actually never even used the inside kitchen or living room in the main house. House is fully equipped, in addition to the expected towels etc also cleaning utilities also washing detergents, salt/pepper/oil/vinegar/sugar/coffee, firewood was there - everything was provided! The pool is very large, i would say at least 4x8m and is kept very clean by the house owner Ivan, who told us in fall the pool is heated to 28C so for sure also great in fall. Ivan took very good care of us and was always available when we had questions or needed a recommendation. Ivan even prepared cold-cut plates for us upon arrival which were delicious. The house comes with 4 SUPs which you can either carry down to the beach (5min walk) or just toss them in the car as we did. Dog beach also 5min walk, which was perfect for us. We had an amazing time and would very much recommend this house! To sum it up: Luxury housing, well equipped kitchen and facilities and a real care taking house owner.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Ivan und seiner Frau begrüßt. Bei unserer Anreise wurden wir mit dalmatinischen Köstlichkeiten und gekühlten Getränken im Kühlschrank überrascht. Das war eine sehr liebevolle Geste. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal! Die Villa ist neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Poolhaus ist definitiv das Highlight. Der Pool wurde 2mal die Woche geprüft und samstags gereinigt. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher wurden ebenso samstags gewechselt. Der Vermieter war jederzeit für Rückfragen erreichbar. Es war ein sehr angenehmer und erholsamer Aufenthalt und wir haben es sehr genossen. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder dort buchen.

Das Haus ist ein Traum. Wir wurde herzlich von Ivan und seiner Frau empfangen. Das Grundstück ist nicht einsehbar. Das Highligt ist das Poolhaus in dem sich eine komplette Küche samt Geschirrspüler befindet. Wir haben die 2 Wochen ausschließlich dort gekocht und gegessen. Die Schiebetüren sind genial, wenn es doch ein wenig kalt ist, kann man einfach einen Teil schließen. Der Pool wurde sogar zweimal die Woche gecheckt, bzw. Samstags gereinigt. Das Haus selber ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Sofa ist sehr bequem falls man sich doch mal drinnen aufhalten sollte. Einzig das Bad im OG ist ein wenig klein. Aber es sind ja noch das Bad im Elternschlafzimmer und im Poolhaus da. Also für uns kein Problem. Nicht zu vergessen die Nähe zum Meer, in acht Minuten zu Fuß am Wasser, was will man mehr. Besonders nett war der Kontakt zum Vermieter, der uns mit Wein und Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt hat. Er war auch jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Also in Summe ein gelungener Urlaub in einem tollen Haus mit einem netten Vermieter.
