If you are looking for a modern villa that includes a pleasant panoramic view, then the modernly built Villa Alba, located in Crno, near the city of Zadar, is the right choice for you! Villa Alba will provide every visitor with a corner of peace and quiet, where you will always be happy to return to spend your holiday in complete luxury. The villa is only 5 km away from the nearest beach Kolovare where you will be able to refresh yourself during the hot summer days, and in addition you will be able to visit the top Zadar restaurants and taverns. Villa Alba has 430 m2 of living space, and the area of the property is as much as 2300 m2. This villa offers accommodation for up to 10 people. On its ground floor there are 5 bedrooms, two of which have two single beds and the remaining four have double beds. The villa also has 5 ensuite bathrooms with showers and two separate toilets. On the upper floor there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, dining room with table for 10 people, and living room with sofa, TV and two armchairs. On the upper floor you will enjoy the view of the sea and the untouched nature that surrounds Villa Alba. You will also enjoy the swimming pool of 39 m2 and a depth of 1.2 m, which has hydromassage jets as additional content. Next to it is a sun deck with 6 deck chairs. Enjoying complete luxury will allow you to relax in the sauna, in a real Turkish bath whose benefits are anti-stress, muscle relaxation and airway cleansing. You will also be able to use and prepare delicious meals on the outdoor gas grill. The villa is fully fenced, and inside the yard there are 5 private parking spaces. As additional content, you can also use the washing machine, dryer and iron, and if children come with you, a cot and feeder are provided for them. Villa Alba is located in an olive grove, on the whole estate there are over 200 olive trees. Olive oil is very valuable, it is used for medical purposes and also as an addition to dishes. Right next to Villa Alba is her sister Villa Dila which can also be rented separately or together with Villa Alba making a complex of two villas that are an ideal choice for a larger group of guests! Visit cities such as Šibenik, Vodice, Nin or Biograd na Moru, and be sure not to miss a visit to the city of Zadar, for which even film director Alfred Hitchcock, during his stay, said that the Zadar sunset is the most beautiful in the world! Also, Zadar has a Sea Organ that creates sounds exclusively under the influence of sea waves and wind, it is full of cultural sights and will certainly not leave you indifferent!
