The modern Villa Alba Seget lies in the picturesque village on the Adriatic coast called Seget Vranjica. The newly built villa was created to offer its guests comfort and luxury, providing accommodation for a total of 10 people. In its 350 m2 of living space, the impressive villa features a modern kitchen, a comfortable dining room and stunning living room in an open-plan, sun-soaked space overlooking the sparkling sea. The completely air-conditioned villa offers free Wi-Fi both in the indoor and outdoor area. The fully equipped kitchen boasts quality and functionality, whereas the living room features a gorgeous, luxurious sofa alongside a 163cm Smart TV. Altogether 5 airy bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are equipped with comfortable beds of 2x2.10m, which can be separated into two single beds of 1 x 2.10m if necessary. The guests further have a separate toilet at their disposal as well as a lovely laundry room complete with a washing machine and dryer. The entertainment offer of the villa includes a PlayStation 4 console, SUP equipment and 4 bicycles that are perfect for exploring the surrounding area. For those who don’t want to skip on their workout routine during holiday, the villa also features a top-notch gym/ fitness room for daily recreation. If being close to the sea is on the top of your list, Villa Alba Seget is a great holiday choice as the nearest pebble beach is only 200 m away. Apart from swimming in the crystal-clear sea, you can also enjoy a refreshing swim in the stunning heated pool (3.7 x 10.5m) with 4 massage nozzles. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers, quality garden furniture and an outdoor dining table, which is ideal for enjoying the delicious and fresh meals you prepare on the outdoor grill. The fully fenced, 450 m2 large plot further features 2 private uncovered parking spaces as well as 2 garage parking spaces. Alongside the amenities of Villa Alba Seget, one should also highlight its fantastic location. Not only is it close to the sea, pristine beaches and restaurants, it is located close to the Split Airport as well as the beautiful towns Trogir and Split, which are worth a visit – their rich summer program, amazing offer on bars and pubs, monuments, historical sights, stores and bakeries, concerts and festival will provide you with an unforgettable experience. Wunderschöne Villa mit tollem Ausblick und guter Ausstattung
Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in dieser Villa verbracht. Das Haus verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Es gibt einen großen Wohn- und Kochbereich und eine tolle Terrasse mit Pool und Blick aufs Meer. Das Haus ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Villa sehr empfehlen. Zur Begrüßung erhielten wir Gepäck, Obst, Eiscreme und kühle Getränke.

We stayed in Villa Alba Seget with our family, which included two grandchildren. The villa is ideally situated for a family holiday. Close to the beach and world heritage town of Trogir. We could not fault the accommodation and highly recommend this beautiful villa for a perfect holiday.

Villa is located one minute from a small and beautiful pebble beach, which was a great plus for us as a group with kids. The infinity pool with sea view is definitely the biggest selling point here. Communication with the owner was excellent. The villa itself is spacious, well-equipped and very clean.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Die Villa ist qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad, somit auch für zwei Familien geeignet. Auf Sauberkeit wird sehr viel Wert gelegt. Die Lage ist super. 3 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und stehen bei Fragen während des Aufenthaltes mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Wonderful stay!
We were a small group of friends who met up for a week of R&R after touring Croatia prior to our stay at the villa. I anticipated it being lovely based on previous reviews but nothing I had read prepared me for this absolutely stunningly home! The view is to die for, the flow of the home allows for multiple couples or family members to enjoy a quiet moment alone or congregate for an evening drink or dinner poolside. We enjoyed a few dinners here as well as most breakfasts and lunches and there was nothing we needed to prepare our meals that hadn’t been thought of…. the kitchen and its high end appliances would rival any in a professional kitchen . We especially enjoyed the coffee maker - made the BEST cup of joe ever! Everything had been thought of to provide a luxurious holiday ! Robes, beach towels and toiletries were all included . Our communication with the owners , Josip and Mariana was seamless , they were lovely people and took great pride in providing this vacation home. They welcomed us on arrival with a lovely bottle of wine and fresh baked Croatian goodies! We also visited the beach below and really enjoyed swimming in the Adriatic and the service provided. You could rent chairs and umbrellas for a reasonable amount. There were a few restaurants within walking distance of the villa - all were good however we enjoyed the service and quality of the food best at Villa Mediterranean the most. A day trip to Trogir was enjoyable .. a bit of shopping , a market and a huge selection of restaurants made for a great day out. Fully recommended, if you book this villa you will have a relaxing vacation at a luxurious home with views to die for ! Enjoy!

The whole experience was great beginning with the clean, modern and welcoming accommodations, the infinity pool and the courtesy extended by the owners, the proximity to the sea and the general area which included the close by town of Trogir, the farmers and fish market, the restaurants and spectacular old town surroundings. In essence what was advertised, the pictures and description of both the Villa and surrounding area was true to a word. All to say, the experience in total was excellent and one I honestly recommend to families especially looking for a truly remarkable experience. Throughout all the planning and arrangements we were kept informed and updated by the efficient staff of the Croatia Luxury Rent (CLR) agency which itself contributed to the overall excellent experience.

First of all, the hospitality of the hosts, Josip and Mariana, was beyond expectations, welcoming and warm and helpful. The house itself is very beautiful. It is very well placed with a great view over the ocean from the infinity pool, pateo and balconies. The historic town Trogir is about 10 minutes drive from there and wonderful Split about 40 minutes, the airport about 15 minutes. The house itself provides all a family can need: Bicycles, a fully equipped gym, a paddling board, Playstation 4 and games, TV with Netflix and of course the lovely pool (I cannot count everything, please read the description). Everything in the house is so clean and new and stylish and beautiful. We were a group of 9, from the age of 3 to the age of 60 and everyone got what they needed and we were so very happy with our stay. We cannot recommend this house and its owners enough.
