Your stay in Villa Alma

Picturesque Villa Alma is located in the small town of Svetvin?enat in the south of Istria, which will delight you with its rich tourist and gastronomic offer, as well as numerous cultural and historical sights and places. Surrounded by beautiful lawns and fragrant Mediterranean vegetation, Villa Alma is located 20 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of Istria and is an excellent choice for a vacation. With an area of 350 m2, Villa Alma consists of 4 bedrooms, three of which are on the second floor and have their own terrace with table and two chairs. The office room is also located on the second floor and is equipped with a bed, while the last room is located on the first floor of the villa and has a direct exit to the pool. Three bedrooms are equipped with double beds, one has two single beds that can be put together if necessary. Each room has its own bathroom with underfloor heating and a radiator. The additional bathroom is located in the annex near the sauna and pool. There is also a separate toilet, a fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area and a living room equipped with a TV, a PlayStation console and a fireplace. Together with three other villas, Villa Alma is located on a 25,000-square-meter property where guests are guaranteed privacy as the courtyards are separated by hedges and trees to create a more intimate space. All villas share 2 tennis courts, a half basketball court (1 basket), 2 playgrounds and a bowling area. The 3000 m² garden has a beautiful swimming pool (50 m²) with heating and massage facilities, surrounded by sun loungers, as well as a dining area and an outdoor barbecue. The villa's rich entertainment offer includes table soccer, billiards, wine cellar, 5 bicycles, a jacuzzi and a sauna. There is also a stereo system with external speakers in the property next to the barbecue area. Villa Alma has 3 private parking spaces and there is a possibility to park two more vehicles. For the use of the tennis court during the night hours there is a fee of 10 ? per hour, payable on the spot. Daily use is free of charge. The pool is closed from November to April. Pets are allowed in this accommodation at the owner's discretion or for a fee. Please note that this accommodation accepts youth groups or bachelor parties only upon payment of a refundable deposit. If you are a youth group or bachelor party, you will be asked to pay the deposit upon arrival. Any amounts required to repair any damage to the accommodation caused by you during your stay will be deducted from the deposit and then returned to you.

Wir haben schon in mehreren Ferienhaeusern unseren Urlaub verbracht, aber Villa Alma war wirklich der Hoehepunkt. Besser geht es nicht. Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen fuer eine Woche zu Gast in diesem Haus und das Wetter war nicht besonders gut. Trotzdem kam keine Langeweile auf. Der Beschreibung in Fewo Direkt kann man voll vertrauen. Es ist sogar noch schoener als in der Beschreibung. Die Vermieter sind super nett und die Qualitaet des Hauses genuegt den hoechsten Anspruechen. Das Haus war so sau......

We had a warm welcome by Vesna who provided a lot of useful informations about shopping, restaurant, aso. The location provides a lot of possibilities for sport activities ( Tennis, bicycles, table tennis,.. ) We used the beautiful patio every day for breakfast and barbecue. The villa is well situated for a lot of other activities as located close to Pula, Rovinj, Fazana (nearest beach).

Der Vermieter ist super nett und hilft sofort, wenn etwas ist. Abseits gelegen auf dem Land. Man ist aber fix in Fazana, wo man super am Hafen spazieren und essen kann! Top Feriendomizil!

Premium Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage! Alles top!
Das Ferienhaus hat wirklich alles geboten, was in der Beschreibung beworben wurde. Die Vermieter haben uns bei der Ankunft persönlich begrüßt und uns das Haus erklärt, während des Aufenthalts konnten wir immer telefonisch Kontakt aufnehmen. Es gab 4 große Schlafzimmer, die allesamt mit einem großen Badezimmer inklusive Badewanne/Dusche ausgestattet sind. Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern verbracht. Durch die vielen Sportmöglichkeiten gab es nie Langeweile. Der Pool ist sehr groß, die Tennisplätze waren immer frei und konnten täglich genutzt werden, ein Tennisplatz kann sogar spät abends mit Flutlicht genutzt werden. Die Einrichtung im Haus ist von guter Qualität, z.B. Waschbecken von Villeroy & Boch, Duschkabine von Hüppe, Armaturen von Grohe. Bei Ankunft war das Haus sowie das Gelände sehr sauber. Man konnte im Haus keinen einzigen Krümel finden, auch außerhalb war alles gut, der Rasen frisch gemäht. Alles super sauber. Wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen.

A wonderful holiday
We are a family of 6 persons. We stayed here for a week and all was beautiful! The place is very nice and very quiet. The house is fantastic, very comfortable and with all things a family need. All is very clean and in order. We did a lot of sport and we visited the wonderful Istria. Pola, Dignano and Rovigno are very near. The countryside and the little village around are enchanting. a very wonderful holiday. We coming back certainly.
