Villa Amalia offers 400 m² of space for 10 people in 5 harmoniously decorated bedrooms with bathrooms. 3 rooms have king size beds and 2 rooms have 2 single beds. One private bathroom has a bathtub, while the other separate bathrooms have showers. A separate toilet is also available. On the first floor of the villa you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a modern living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with 10 seats, a separate room with fridge and freezer. In addition, the villa has a studio outside the building, where there is another kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. In the basement of the villa there is a bedroom, laundry room, wine bar, gym and wellness area. In the villa's courtyard you will find a beautiful pool measuring 5.5 x 9.5 m and 1.5 m deep, equipped with counter-current swimming. Eight sun loungers surround the pool, while the entire garden is surrounded by a stone wall. 6 parking spaces, a tennis court and an outdoor barbecue are also available for our guests. One of the most beautiful Dalmatian islands is undoubtedly the island of Hvar. Hvar, also known as the longest island, is famous for its mild Mediterranean climate and pleasant and warmer summers. It is one of the few islands in the Adriatic archipelago with the highest number of sunny hours. The island of Hvar is rich in history, archaeological sites and cultural attractions and remains an increasingly popular destination for a quality vacation with its rich summer program. The deposit will be paid in cash upon arrival and the host, if everything is in order, will transfer it back to the guest's account 5 days after check-out.**Check-in: 17:00 / Check-out: 10:00 ? each additional hour is 200 ?.*** An extra bed/guest costs 100 ? per night per person. Pets are allowed in this accommodation at the discretion of the owner or for a fee. Please note that this accommodation accepts youth groups or bachelor parties only upon payment of a refundable deposit. A youth group at this accommodation consists of people aged 25 years or younger. If you are a youth group or bachelor party, you will be asked to pay the deposit upon arrival. Any amounts required to repair any damage caused to the accommodation during your stay will be deducted from the deposit before it is returned to you.
