If you are looking for a romantic getaway with a crystal-clear sea and rich tourist program, Pakostane is the right place for you. The privacy, modernity and elegance of this beautiful villa will turn your stay into a holiday to remember. Villa Amber can accommodate 10 people in 250 m2. The villa is equipped with 4 bedrooms with double beds, each room with its own TV and 5 bathrooms with showers. On the first floor of the villa you can find 3 beautiful bedrooms with double beds, 3 bathrooms, a terrace with garden furniture and another terrace with a Jacuzzi. On the ground floor of the villa you can find a fully equipped kitchen, a harmonious and modern living room and a separate toilet. There is also a bedroom with a double bed separated from the villa with his own entrance. In the yard you can find a beautiful terrace with a summer kitchen and an outdoor dining table for 10 people. There is also an exercise area in the courtyard of the villa equipped with a treadmill, weights and an exercise bicycle. The beautiful 12 x 5.5 m pool is equipped with massage jets and surrounded by 10 sun loungers. An outdoor electric grill and two parking spaces are also available to our guests. The courtyard of the villa is completely surrounded by a 2 m wall ensuring privacy and security. Additional features of the villa include a PlayStation, Nintendo Wii, exercise equipment, ping-pong, children's playground, bicycles, badminton. Discover the natural resources around the place and admire the special tourist offer of Pakostane. The place is located between the shore and the nature park Vrana Lake. The growing offer and the interest of guests from year to year makes this beautiful place an exceptional holiday destination filled with various activities. The crystal-clear sea, historical monuments and beauties of the landscape are just a part of the rich content available to you. Near Villa Amber you can find running tracks, rent a mountain bike, kayak, quad, jet ski, go on boat trips, try sailing courses or fishing on the lake or sea. Amusement, adventure and aqua park are also nearby. Be amazed by the vertical cliffs of the Kornati islands by booking a trip to the unique national park. Spend an unforgettable stay in the modern villa Amber, try out available activities and discover the beauties of Pakostane and its surroundings. This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee. Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.

Das einzige was uns vielleicht nicht so gefallen hat ist ev. die Nähe zu den anderen Häusern - aber nur minimaler-Minuspunkt! Ab 22 Uhr kann man nicht mehr heraussen gemeinsam sitzen! Wir kommen mit höchster Wahrscheinlichkeit wieder!

Diese Villa ist wirklich sensationell - es fehlt an nichts! Mega großer Pool - Wahnsinns-Ausstattung - Whirlpool - sogar Weber-Grill - Räder .....einfach alles, was das Herz begehrt und das in einem nicht so überlaufenen Pakostane mit tollen Stränden. Das einzige was uns vielleicht nicht so gefallen hat ist ev. die Nähe zu den anderen Häusern - aber nur minimaler-Minuspunkt! Ab 22 Uhr kann man nicht mehr heraussen gemeinsam sitzen! Wir kommen mit höchster Wahrscheinlichkeit wieder!
