Villa Ancora is located in Jordanovo, only 9 km from Crikvenica and is known as a place of hospitable hosts and beautiful untouched nature. Here you will find a pine forest and a coastline with romantic bays and beaches where you can explore the depths of the sea and enjoy with family and friends. Built in 2022, this villa is a combination of contemporary and rustic design and offers its guests 350 m2 of living space. It is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 10 people, optimally 8. You will stay comfortably in 5 bedrooms (200x165), three of which are located upstairs, and there is a crib available for the kids to use as well! The villa also has 6 bathrooms with showers and 2 additional toilets. Upstairs there is also a living room with a three-seater, two armchairs, two stools, two coffee tables and a TV. Next to the living room there is a dining room with a dining table and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for family or friends. On the first floor are the remaining two rooms, wellness with sauna, jacuzzi and fitness equipment, which will delight especially fans of an active vacation. Of course, there is also a room for fun and games, where children and adults can try their hand at darts, billiards or table soccer. Outside the villa, in the yard next to the pool, there is also a trampoline. Next to the villa are the rest of the facilities, such as a 32 m² swimming pool with a depth of 1.5 meters, 6 sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing, and an outdoor charcoal, wood or gas barbecue. There are also two covered outdoor dining tables, perfect for evening gatherings with a glass of wine. On the terrace you can enjoy the view of the sea and the surrounding area and indulge in the charm of Villa Ancora. The yard is fenced and offers 4 private parking spaces, while there are two more outside. You will enjoy the view of beautiful beaches, the smell of clean air, pine trees and Mediterranean plants. You will learn about customs during numerous events, tantalize your palate with tastings of local specialties from famous local restaurateurs and enjoy the stories of fishermen who return every morning with full nets from the sea.
