Your stay in Villa Anica

Villa Anica is located in the beautifully located village of Debeljak near Sukošan, just a few kilometres from the city of Zadar. This modern villa primarily delights with a view of the spacious green garden, the sea, and Velebit. With lots of green flora, the villa offers you complete freedom for privacy and relaxation. There is a garden with herbs on the completely fenced property. On the ground floor, in addition to the open living concept, there is a spacious barrier-free entrance area with 4 m high ceilings. The villa consists of 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms are spacious and have air conditioning. The villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people (+2 additional people), as well as a fully equipped, modern kitchen that will meet your needs. The kitchen opens to the dining room and comfortable living room. This bright room with parquet flooring is open-plan and offers guests a beautiful view. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the neighbouring terrace with a swimming pool, a large garden, and the Sukošan marina. Children also have the opportunity to use the playground with a slide and a swing located on the property. The historical city of Zadar is 14 km from Villa Anica. The absolute highlight is the lively old town, which lies on a peninsula, separated from the new town. Walking through the old town is like traveling through time through different periods of exciting 3,000-year history. Remains of Roman buildings, old city walls from the Middle Ages, modern sights of the northern part of the peninsula, the square, "Greetings to the Sun" and "Sea Organ" are just some of the stations that are worth seeing. Alfred Hitchcock once said: "Here you will find the most beautiful sunset in the world." Enjoy the charm of Dalmatia and numerous activities for you and your families such as cycling, fishing, diving, surfing, horse riding, and various water sports.

Brand new, beautifully decorated, really well equipped- Villa Anica was perfect! Kids loved the pool and the gym. The sunsets are spectacular. It's a short drive into Zadar and very handy for the airport but not on the flight path. We will be visiting again soon

In der Küche fehlte rein garnichts, zum Kochen einfach ideal. Der Pool hat die perfekte Größe, Die Schlafräume & Badezimmer sind im Top zustand. Der Blick in Richtung Meer und auf die Berge ist Traumhaft. Das Haus liegt etwa 20 Min. Autofahrt vom Zentrum Zadar entfernt, daher wird e......

Unser Urlaub war traumhaft - die Villa war sensationell. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Umgebung ruhig, das Haus sehr gepflegt. Alle Zimmer super sauber und super nett eingerichtet. We had a wonderful week in Villa Anica in Debeljak! Thank you for the perfect service, special thanks to Katarina and her husband for the worm welcome. Villa Anica ist really recommendable, with beautiful architecture, spacious, well equipped, amazing sea view and with a really nice garden with olive trees and lavender. On our arrival we find red wine in the Kitchen an fresh red roses in every room. We enjoyed our week in Villa Anica, we had a perfect holiday with 2 families.

Wir haben gut gekocht, gemeinsam 27 Folgen einer Netflix Serie geschaut, Spaziergänge in die Umgebung gemacht und wunderschöne Ausflüge nach Zadar, Sukosan, Biograd und Sibenik Krk-Wasserfälle gemacht.......

Wir lieben die Villa Anica. Super Haus, großes Grundstück, ideal für unsere zwei Hunde. Ruhige Lage und sogar Meerblick. Einzig der kalte Pool und die fehlende Beleuchtung am Grundstück trüben etwas den Gesamteindruck. Trotzdem volle Punktzahl für diese Villa

Wir waren leider nur eine Woche bei mittelmäßigem Wetter in der Villa Anica, die entgegen dem Mainstream noch sowas wie Indivualität und liebevolle Gastfreundschaft vermittelt. Wir waren 5 Personen und 1 Hund und konnten uns zu jederzeit überall lassen - gemeinsam, einsam, chillen oder auspowern. Wir haben gut gekocht, gemeinsam 27 Folgen einer Netflix Serie geschaut, Spaziergänge in die Umgebung gemacht und wunderschöne Ausflüge nach Zadar, Sukosan, Biograd und Sibenik Krk-Wasserfälle gemacht. Für uns die Beste Wahl um etwas abseits vom Meer, Ruhe und Erholung zu finden. Der House- und Poolkeeper war super bemüht uns alle Wünsche zu erfüllen - wenn das Wetter besser ist, kommen wir gerne wieder

Wir waren mit 6 Personen in der Villa (Alter 21-27). Schon bei dem freundlichen Empfang mit einer Flasche Wein und einer Rundführung durch das Haus, hat uns die Moderne Villa gefesselt. In der Küche fehlte rein garnichts, zum Kochen einfach ideal. Der Pool hat die perfekte Größe, Die Schlafräume & Badezimmer sind im Top zustand. Der Blick in Richtung Meer und auf die Berge ist Traumhaft. Das Haus liegt etwa 20 Min. Autofahrt vom Zentrum Zadar entfernt, daher wird ein Auto empfohlen, (Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus). Außerdem gibt es in der nähe (ca. 10 Min Fußweg) auch einen kleinen Supermarkt (wo auch Deutsch gesprochen wird). Wir konnten uns somit einfach gehen lassen und eine Woche entspannen. Auch auf Nachfrage ob wir unser Check Out auf 18:00 Uhr legen können da unser Flug erst um 22:00 Uhr ging wurde eingangen und ohne Aufzahlung akzeptiert. (Glück im Unglück, da nach uns niemand kam). Ein Dankeschön an Katerina, dass alles reibungslos funktioniert hat. Wir werden sicherlich noch einmal wieder kommen.
