Your stay in Villa Anlero

Villa Anlero is located in the beautiful small town of Nin on the eastern coast of the Adriatic and is one of the most beautiful villas in the town of Nin. The Riviera abounds with long sandy beaches with a total length of 50 km, which are located in the middle of a unique lagoon in Croatia. One of the most beautiful beaches in the world is Kraljičina beach with healing mud and an impressive view of the Velebit mountain that takes your breath away. Near the villa there is a beautiful sandy beach Ninska laguna, where you can enjoy summer days with your family. The modern newly built Villa Anlero has 4 luxury bedrooms with 2 singles and 3 double beds and a sofa in the living room that can also serve as an extra bed for one person (8 + 1). For children there are also two baby cots and two feeding chairs on your disposal. The villa has two modern and functional bathrooms with a shower. In the garden there is a heated swimming pool with 9 sun loungers which is fully fenced to ensure your privacy. The youngest will enjoy playing in the pool, and are provided with trampoline, mini goals for the pool and a Play station. You can enjoy delicious dishes from the kitchen in the indoor and outdoor dining room with 8 seats. You can also prepare delicious meals on the outdoor charcoal grill. You can experience a rich gastronomic offer in many restaurants and taverns located in Nin. There are in total 4 parking spots, 3 inside the yard and 1 outside the yard. In addition to having this beautifully decorated holiday villa at your disposal, you are also in an excellent location that offers a variety of activities such as wine tours, rafting, aquapark, cycling, sailing and horseback riding. You can also get to know the Dalmatian tradition through olive oil tours, visits to the salt museum or donkey farms. Do not forget to visit Plitvice Lakes, beautiful Zadar, Kornati and other islands of the Zadar archipelago.

Eine sehr schöne moderne Villa mit sehr netten Gastgebern die immer abrufbar sind, falls man etwas benötigt.Bilder detailgetreu, alles vorhanden für den täglichen Gebrauch. Pool wird zweimal die Woche gereinigt und kontrolliert. Die Villa ist ca.10min zur Fuss vom Zentrum Nin entfernt. Wir waren mit zwei Familien für 14 Tage vor Ort und waren begeistert. Die Abwicklung über Croatia Luxury Rent lief reibungslos.

Schöne, moderne Villa in der Nähe vom Strand. Wir waren 7 Erwachsene und ein 2 Jahre altes Kind. Meiner Meinung nach ist das auch das Maximum an Personen für diese Villa ansonsten wird es eng. Die Strände sind eine Sand/Kieselmischung und das Wasser ist sehr seicht. Leider sehr viele große Steine im Meer. Die Einrichtung ist neuwertig und modern und bietet alles was man braucht. Auf Nachfrage bei der Villenbetreuerin haben wir noch fehlendes Equipment angefordert und auch rasch erhalten. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön und sogar beheizt, wenn man sich auskennt mit der Bedienung der Poolheizung. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine. Verbesserungsvorschläge wären besser darauf zu achten welches Equipment aufgefüllter oder neu gekauft werden muss. Wir hatten beispielsweise eine viel zu kleine Pfanne und keinen Wischmob im Haus, so wie fast keine Grillkohle und Holz bereits bei der Ankunft zur Verfügung. Ansonsten kann ich die Villa und die Gegend Nin empfehlen.

We were a group of 7 (4 adults and 3 children). We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Villa Anlero. The Villa had everything we needed and the pool and outside space was incredible. Antonela was a wonderful host. Very responsive and surprised us with fresh pressed olive oil, which was delicious. The Villa is about a 10 min walk to the old town, which has some really nice restaurants. The local beach is about a 15 min walk. Lots of local shops for food, etc nearby. Definitely recommend having a car to explore Vrsi, Vir, Pag and other local amenities. We definitely recommend the Villa and the area! Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

ein sehr schönes Haus. Leider ist die Umgebung nicht so ansprechend. Das dauernde hundegebell hat auch sehr gestört. Alles in allem würden wir schon wieder kommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvor kommend !
