Villa Astor is located on the island of Pašman, in the small tourist town of Tkon. Pašman is the second largest island of the Zadar archipelago, and about 700 inhabitants live there. The greatest assets of this small island town are untouched nature, clear sea, interesting underwater, many small coves with sandy beaches, and rich cultural and historical heritage.

Villa Astor was built in a contemporary style in 2022, and guests have at their disposal 169 m2 of living space and 1200 m2 of the total property. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, who will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms with double beds (180x210). The villa has two bathrooms with a shower cabin, one is an en suite while the other is a regular bathroom.

You will enjoy the view of the clear Adriatic Sea while drinking your morning coffee in the company of family and friends.

Likewise, on the ground floor there is a living room with a corner sofa, coffee table, and TV, and next to the living room is a modern kitchen and a dining room with a dining table with 6 seats.

On the outdoor terrace, there is a heated pool of 28 m2 and 1.45 meters deep. Additional functionality of the pool is counter current swimming, and there is also an outdoor solar shower. You will sunbathe on 6 deckchairs, and on the terrace, you can also use an outdoor electric grill and an outdoor dining table. The outdoor jacuzzi, located right next to the pool, will allow you to enjoy a luxurious romantic bath.

Additional features of Villa Astor include a washing machine, an iron, a separate toilet and a baby cot (120x60).

The courtyard of the villa is fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces.

Tkon is 2-5 km away from the mainland by the Pašman channel and is connected by a ferry line to the town of Biograd na Moru. In the northwest, it is connected to the island of Ugljan by a bridge, and it is also possible to reach it by ferry line from Zadar to the island of Ugljan. In addition to enjoying the sun and beautiful sandy beaches and hidden coves, Tkon offers a handful of activities for all those who want a more active vacation, such as bocce ball or volleyball. Throughout the summer, the town organizes numerous cultural and entertainment events, the most famous of which are Fisherman's Night, Škraping, and the Island Products Fair.
