Your stay in Villa Barotul

All lovers of fresh sea air and the scent of the pine forest will find their oasis of peace in Villa Barotul. Villa Barotul is located on the picturesque island of Pašman in one of the cleanest seas on the Adriatic, the pearl of the Zadar archipelago that will leave you breathless. Thanks to the enchanting beach Barotul which is only 150 m far away from the villa you can sail into the most beautiful dreams and escape from everyday life. This rustic beauty with a living area of 260 m2 is located on a property with a total area of 2560 m2, which evokes a true Dalmatian flair and charm in full splendour. The villa provides accommodation for an optimal 6 to a maximum of 8 people in 3 fully air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms. 1 room has 2 single beds which can be put together in a case you need, while 2 rooms are equipped with double beds. All rooms are located on the ground floor of the villa with a fabulous sea view. For an additional two people there is a sofa in the gallery of the villa. The ground floor of the villa also houses a spacious living room with a fireplace for fans of colder winter days and a dining room with a seating capacity for 8 people. The preparation of delicious delicacies and indigenous Dalmatian dishes is due to the spacious kitchen and an even more spacious enchanting tavern, a traditional Dalmatian room that in the past served as a pantry and a place where excellent wines and brandies are prepared. The tavern has direct access to the yard of the house where the pool of 48 m2 is located, which even on colder days thanks to the possibility of heating provides endless pleasures under the open sky with a glass of fine wine. The villa is completely surrounded by a stone wall and a hedge 80 cm high and inside the yard there are 3 private parking, and if necessary, 3 outside the yard. The greatest happiness and satisfaction will be found by our little guests who will cheer up the spacious children's playground with various props such as slides, swings etc. Take a deep breath and embark on the adventures that this small place offers you and that allows you various activities such as cycling, walking and discovering the untouched nature of the island. The developed and rich flora and fauna is due to the mild and pleasant Mediterranean climate. The island of Barotul blindly preserves the richness of aromatic and medicinal plants and the distribution of all types of shellfish and fish of the Adriatic seabed. Wir hatten in der Villa Barotul einen absolut traumhaften Urlaub. Die Villa Barotul liegt perfekt, ruhig aber sehr nahe zum bzw. direkt am Meer. Die Ausstattung des Objekts ist mehr als ausreichend und es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und wir haben den Garten, die einzelnen Sitzmöglichkeiten und den tollen Ausblick sehr genossen. Auch sehr schön ist gewesen, dass die Umgebung nicht sehr touristisch ist! Für einen Familienurlaub ist der Ort sehr zu empfehlen....

Der Garten, der Pool, das Haus mit der Ausstattung haben keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von dem Besitzer empfangen, der uns viele Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mitgeteilt hat. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, das Wasser war sauber. Die Villa ist perfekt ausgestattet und bietet alles an, was zu Hause auch da ist. Der Eigentümer wohnt 30 Minuten entfernt und ist sehr nett und hilfreich. Barotul auf der Insel Pasman ist ab Preko in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Preko wird mit der Fähre ab Zadar angefahren. Zum Meer braucht man 2-3 Minuten zu Fuss und das Wasser ist kristallklar und sehr warm, da Barotul in einer Bucht eingebettet liegt. Wer es etwas ruhiger mag, ist da genau richtig.
