Your stay in Villa Batana

Luxury Villa Batana lies in Sukošan, a small seaside town in Northern Dalmatia. Villa is decorated in a rustic, Mediterranean style, enriched with modern luxury that will not leave indifferent even the most demanding tastes. The immediate vicinity of the coast and an accessible location not far from the city centre will provide you with everything you need for a dream holiday. Overall accommodation capacity for eight people, Villa Batana has three luxuriously decorated and air-conditioned rooms with fully equipped ensuite bathrooms on the upper floor. In addition, there is one sofa bed for two more people. The two rooms also have a large, spacious balcony overlooking the beautiful sea and the beach just 5 minutes’ walk away. The ground floor of the villa has a spacious living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. If you arrive during the wintertime, in the illuminated living room you will enjoy relaxed evenings with your loved ones in the pleasant modern fireplace. The living room also has access to a spacious terrace with a large and heated pool measuring 4x8 m large and 1.5 m deep. There are six deck chairs around the pool, and there is also an outdoor charcoal grill and a large outdoor table where you can enjoy relaxed socializing on summer evenings. On the ground floor of the villa there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. An iron and ironing board are also at your disposal. The fully fenced yard of the villa is equipped with a trampoline, table tennis, lawn, while inside of the yard of the villa there are a total of four parking spaces. In Sukošan you will find various entertainment content which will enrich your holiday. For example, water sports, cycling, outdoor activities, horseback riding and similar activities are available in this place, activities which will surely fill the day to all those who want a more dynamic holiday. In Sukošan you will also be able to see various cultural and historical monuments such as the church of St. Kasijan, a 17th century parish church with Romanesque and Baroque features. The historical sights of this small place on the Adriatic coast include historical traces of time such as the Upper Gate, the former entrance door from the Venetian period, or for example the Zmajević Coat of Arms, located on a building called the Diocese, which is a unique example of Croatian heraldry. In the bay of Sukošan you will also find a specific cultural and historical monument, which today has become a trademark of Sukošan - the mansion Palac (Thumb). The remains of this archbishop's country mansion, built in the late 15th century on an artificial island lie in the middle of a sea bay. Sukošan is located next to the urban centre of Zadar, a historic city with three thousand years of history. In its turbulent and long history, Zadar has been marked by various political turmoils due to its geographical central position on the Dalmatian coast. Therefore, this city is also the richest in numerous cultural and historical monuments, and in addition to various churches, such as the unique pre-Romanesque church of St. Donat from the 9th century, in Zadar you will find various modern installations that attract attention with their uniqueness and beauty. For example, the Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun are some of the unavoidable localities on the Zadar waterfront that you must not miss when you come to this magical city. Take advantage of all the benefits provided by the excellent location of the luxury villa Batana in the centre of Dalmatia, the connection with the nearby city centres, and enjoy the peace and quiet that will allow you an isolated position of Sukošan from the city hustle. *On the guest's request, it is possible to organise transfers from the airport to the villa and vice versa, as well as to other locations. The price of the transfer is on request. It is also possible to arrange massages at home on request, as well as private boat trips. This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.

Die Villa ist modern eingerichtet, blitzblank sauber, hat einen großen Pool, einen wunderbaren Garten und sogar einen Tischtennistisch. Auch ein eigenes Grillhaus steht direkt am Pool. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nette und freundliche Menschen, sogar selbstgemachtes Olivenöl war in der Küche zur freien Entnahme. Zum Abschied gab es eine Flasche Honigschnaps :) In der Villa selbst wurde sogar an Kleinig......

Wir waren mit 6 Personen in dem Haus. Wie auf den Bilder schon zu sehen war, war das Haus einfach nur ein Traum. Der Pool und das gesamte Haus standen den Bildern in nichts nach und haben uns alle mehr als überzeugt. Auch die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und standen uns für alle Fragen und Angelegenheiten zur Verfügung. Uns wurden frisch gebackene Crêpes vorbeigebracht und auch der Rücktransport zum Flughafen wurde uns von dem Gastgeber angeboten und gerne von uns angenommen.......

Wir waren mit 7 Frauen in der Villa Batana. Die Villa ist in Wirklichkeit genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Es war alles sehr sauber. Und der Manager der Villa war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie liegt in einem kleinen Örtchen in dem man zu Fuß alles erreichen kann was man braucht (kleiner Supermarkt, Restaurant, Bar...). Wir werden die Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Villa Batana leaves nothing to be desired: it is large and beautiful, in addition furnished to a high standard and generously equipped with everything you need and more. It is quiet and at the same time centrally located: close to Zadar, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and the many beautiful places to discover in Northern Dalmatia. We (2 adults + 3 kids) enjoyed the great heated pool, slept very well and each had their own bathroom. Perfect! Relaxation from the first to the last minute. If we had any questions, we could always contact the very friendly owner. Thank you very much!

einfach toll
Wir sind zu 5. am Samstag Abend spät angekommen. Haus kurz eingerichtet und ab in den Pool. Danach aufn Absacker ins nette Örtchen. Ein bisschen was los. Aber im vertretbaren Rahmen. Für uns zumindest. Das Haus war für uns perfekt. Eltern. 2 Mädels (16 und 22). 1x mit Anhang. Jeder sein Zimmer mit Bad. Perfekt. Alles sehr sauber und neu. Eine Zwischenreinigung erfolgte auf unseren Wunsch nach Absprache. Morgens vorm Frühstück machen schon kurze Erfrischung im Pool. Ein Traum. Wir waren 2 Wochen da. Hatten zwischendrin für 7 Tage ein Sportboot. Sehr zu empfehlen. Man erlebt das Wasser ganz anders als vom Strand aus. Rundum ein toller Urlaub

Ein traumhafter Urlaub
Wir waren mit 6 Personen für 2 Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Es fehlte an nichts. Alles ist noch sehr neu. Die Villa ist sehr sauber, super ausgestattet und liegt nur ein paar Schritte vom sauberen Strand entfernt. Der Pool ist sehr sauber, hat ausreichend Liegen und wurde während "unserer Zeit" auch mehrmals gereinigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen in dem Haus. Wie auf den Bilder schon zu sehen war, war das Haus einfach nur ein Traum. Der Pool und das gesamte Haus standen den Bildern in nichts nach und haben uns alle mehr als überzeugt. Auch die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und standen uns für alle Fragen und Angelegenheiten zur Verfügung. Uns wurden frisch gebackene Crêpes vorbeigebracht und auch der Rücktransport zum Flughafen wurde uns von dem Gastgeber angeboten und gerne von uns angenommen. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nette und freundliche Menschen, sogar selbstgemachtes Olivenöl war in der Küche zur freien Entnahme. Zum Abschied gab es eine Flasche Honigschnaps :) In der Villa selbst wurde sogar an Kleinigkeiten gedacht, von Töpfen über grundlegende Nahrungsmittel bis hin zu Gelsensteckern und Duftkerzen ist alles vorhanden. Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche in dieser Villa (die leider viel zu schnell verging) zu 100% genossen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!
