On the upper floor of the villa you will find 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms equipped with showers and a bathtub. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room. One room and Master bedroom have beautiful terraces overlooking the islands while the second room has a beautiful mountain view. The fourth room is located in the underground floor of the villa, which is the largest room in the villa, with an en-suite bathroom and a terrace. On the mentioned floor is also situated a laundry-room. On the ground floor of the villa you can find a fully equipped kitchen, a modern living room with a fireplace and a dining room with 8 seats. Also, on the ground floor you can find an atrium with a barbecue, a small storage room, a separate toilet and a cloakroom. On the terrace there is an outside dining table with 8 seats. In the courtyard of the villa you will discover a jacuzzi, a beautiful heated pool, 3x7 m in size and 1.5 m deep, surrounded by 8 sunlounges and parasols. The beautiful garden of the villa has cherry, sour cherry, pomegranate, fig trees and a small garden with herbs and Mediterranean vegetation, what is completing the picture of the beauty of vacationing in the Mediterranean. The yard is partially fenced with concrete and wrought iron fence, stone and hedge.
