Your stay in Villa Belvedere

The charming Villa Belvedere is located in the small village of Jadranovo in Kvarner. This modern villa is surrounded by beautiful nature and offers an enchanting view of the sea, which is only 900 metres away. The 192m2 villa can comfortably accommodate 8 people in 3 bright and beautiful, white bedrooms with double beds. Guests have access to 4 bathrooms with elegant and modern shower cabins. On the ground floor of the villa you can find a harmoniously decorated living room with an imposing fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. From the living room you have a direct view and access to the terrace and a 40m2 pool surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. Near the pool there is a grill and an outdoor dining table for families or friends. Our guests can use a jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and parking spaces inside and outside the garden. Situated in the Crikvenica Riviera, Jadranovo is a very popular tourist location. Once a little Mediterranean fishing village, today a tourist destination. St. James's Church, natural resources, beautiful pebble beaches, beaches with healing mud and quality gastronomic offers will impress every lover of this traditional type of holiday. Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you. This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.

We had a fantastic stay in Villa Belvedere! The house is beautiful with an amazing view on Krk and the sea; the sundowner is magnificent. The house is really new, fully equipped en luxurious. There are lots of activities in the nearest area and wonderful beaches and bays. Boris and Jamina are really nice and help you with everything you ask. We would love to come back!

Excellent house and room solution for 6 adults. Nice pool, great outdoor area with grill and tap water. The law in Croatia limits the power consumption so you cannot use all air-con and the kitchen appliances at the same time. It’s just something that you will need to adapt to. So a car is mandatory for shopping and reaching the beach. I would do it again if I my vacation had the purpose of doing nothing.very service oriented hosts.

Am Anreisetag wurden wir durch den Vermieter herzlich empfangen. Ein tolles Haus mit vielen Alleinstellungsmerkmalen ! Sehr schöne Villa im grünen ohne Nachbarn , stihlvoll eingerichtet mit viel Komfort, super Aussicht auf s Meer und die Insel Krk . In 20 Min. erreicht man den Flughafen . Das Haus biete 3 x vollklimatisierte Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer und ein wunderschön eingerichteter Wohn-Essbereich, auch mit zwei Klimaanlagen ausgestattet! Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet und es fehlte uns an nichts ! Netflix und WLAN im ganzen Haus vorhanden. Zwei tolle Schlafcouchen sind im Wohnzimmer vorhanden! Waschmaschine ebenfalls vorhanden. Pool und Jacuzzi sind Luxus pur - super ! Tolle Terrasse und Grill fügen sich harmonisch in das Anwesen ein! Fazit - eines der schönsten Häuser die wir gemietet hatten ! Vielen Dank Ihr Lieben - es war bei Euch eine unvergesslich schöne Zeit- wir kommen wieder! Wer das nicht erlebt hat- sorry, hat was verpasst! Liebe Grüße von uns Allen - Dani ! Danke !
