Villa Bliss, located in Rožat, will delight all those guests who want a luxurious vacation with its peaceful and quiet environment. Built-in 2020 with a modern style of construction, this villa provides 380 m2 of living space and is only 100 m away from the nearest sea. It is easy to conclude that it has a sea view from several rooms. Villa Bliss offers accommodation for a maximum of eight and optimally six people. It consists of a basement, ground floor, and upper floor.

In the basement, there is a garage, a gym with basic exercise equipment that will delight fans of active holidays. For those looking to relax, there is a relax & spa room that includes a sauna and jacuzzi. Fans of top wines will be able to try them in the wine cellar and satisfy the palate with delicious drops of various wines on offer.

The ground floor is designed to relax in the spacious living room which contains a sofa, two sofas, a coffee table, and a TV. Near the living room there is a dining room with a dining table for eight people, and a modern kitchen that contains everything you will need to prepare delicious meals. On the ground floor, there is also one bedroom with en suite bathroom with a shower. The villa also has two separate toilets, and as additional facilities, you can use a washing machine, dryer, and iron. There is also a feeder and a cot, and two extra beds measuring 90x200.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with showers. From both rooms, you will be able to enjoy the view of the beautiful Adriatic Sea, and on the outdoor seating, you will drink morning coffee with your loved ones.

The outdoor terrace offers the possibility of refreshment during the day or night in a heated pool of 39 m2 and a depth of 1.6 m, whose additional features are massage jets. Next to the pool, there are eight sun loungers, outdoor seating above which is an umbrella. You can also use the outdoor charcoal or wood grill to prepare traditional dishes such as fish or meat.

Villa Bliss is fully fenced, offers four private parking spaces, and has a charger for electric cars.

Attractions and fun local activities at your fingertips include a botanical garden, wine tours, water sports, cycling, beach, sailing, and horseback riding.

What will especially delight you is that Villa Bliss offers the highest level of services which includes: transport from Dubrovnik to the airport on arrival or departure, private manager and personal porter, housekeeper, daily cleaning, laundry service and the possibility of excellent food delivery and daily delivery of a huge fresh continental breakfast depends on the wishes of the guests. There are also three electric and four ordinary bicycles, and transport by car twice a day from / to the villa in the interior of Dubrovnik. Villa Bliss is also equipped with the Sonos system!
