Villa Calma Istria is located in a fairytale town called Sv. Martin, which is located in central Istria. The nearest sea beaches are only 12 km away, the nearest beaches are in Rabac, where there are many beaches with fine pebbles and crystal clear sea. Villa Calma Istria has four air-conditioned bedrooms with a double bed, which can accommodate eight guests. On the upper floor there are three beautiful rooms with bathroom, one of them has a terrace where you can enjoy a coffee overlooking the fairytale landscape. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with seating for 8, an air-conditioned and spacious living room and a bedroom with a bathroom and sauna, which will surely help you to relax and unwind from everyday worries! From the living room you can access a beautiful courtyard with a luxurious pool and six comfortable sun loungers where you can enjoy the summer sun. There is also a large garden where the little ones can play in the fresh air. There is also an outdoor gas grill where you can try different barbecue specialties. The villa is completely fenced with hedges, so you can enjoy your privacy. Villa Calma Istria has four parking spaces. Villa Calma Istria offers everything you need for an ideal vacation! When you arrive at Villa Calma Istria, you will get to know the beautiful central Istria through a rich gastronomic offer and a beautiful, peaceful landscape. Don't forget to visit the beautiful tourist towns of Labin and Rabac on the east coast of Istria. Rabac is known for its quality tourist offer and beautiful pebble beaches. On the hill above Rabac is Labin, known for its museums and rich architecture. Pool heating is available for an additional fee, payable locally. Please note that this accommodation accepts youth groups or bachelor parties only upon payment of a refundable deposit. A youth group at this accommodation consists of people under 30 years of age. If you are a youth group or bachelor party, you will be asked to pay the deposit upon arrival. Any amounts required to repair any damage to the accommodation caused by you during your stay will be deducted from the deposit and then returned to you.

Villa Calma ist tatsächlich so wie es die Bilder versprechen. Wir durften mit 4 Paaren eine Woche in der Villa verbringen und waren super zufrieden mit dem Haus. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist sehr groß, sodass man sich dort ohne Probleme mit 8 Personen aufhalten kann, auch die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß und stylisch ausgestattet. Minimaler Kritikpunkt, eines der 4 Schlafzimmer hat nur ein Bad mit Badewanne und keine Dusche. Der Garten ist sehr groß und bietet einen unverbauten Blick au......

Auch die Outdoor-Küche mit Gasgrill ist ideal für herrliche Sommerabende. Ein zuvorkommender und unkomplizierter Umgang mit den Gästen. Die Villa macht süchtig und hat sich für eine Wiederholung qualifiziert.
