The luxurious vacation you have been dreaming of is within your reach, right in the historic city of Zadar, in the heart of Dalmatia, where the magnificent Villa Calvi is located. With its beautiful exterior and even more enchanting interior, this villa will surely provide you with what you need most: Peace and much-needed respite from the hectic lifestyle. Villa Calvi, with its 350 m2 of living space, offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 people. It is fully air-conditioned and has 4 spacious bedrooms upstairs, including 4 bathrooms with showers. There is also a terrace on the upper floor, where an inviting jacuzzi awaits you, where you can enjoy romantic baths and watch the sunset. Next to the hot tub, the garden furniture is ideal for drinking coffee in the morning, while you are surrounded by untouched nature and its greenery. Refreshment will certainly find a larger number of guests in the courtyard of the villa, where there is a heated pool of 36 m2, next to which there are 5 sun loungers. On the outdoor terrace there is a dining table with 8 seats. From there you can enter directly into the villa and get into a beautifully furnished living room. It has a sofa, a coffee table and a TV. Next to the living room is a dining room with a table for 7 people, adjoined by a kitchen bar and a modern kitchen. Luxury lovers will surely try the sauna on the first floor of Villa Calvi, in addition to the jacuzzi and pool, and guests who like to stay active on vacation will find several workout machines in a separate room, such as z treadmill. Exercise bike and a pair of weights. The villa is completely fenced, so you can enjoy it and relax with your family or a group of your best friends. In addition, the villa has a beautifully landscaped garden with lots of greenery where even the little ones can play happily. For lovers of delicious traditional dishes, there is also a small tavern with an indoor grill on wood or charcoal and a kitchen. During the evening gatherings you can dare to prepare and taste classic Dalmatian dishes. If you prefer to go to restaurants or taverns, the city of Zadar is full of them and the choice is great. The city of Zadar itself has a rich history and is known for its sea organ and its greeting to the sun, extremely interesting and special installations for tourists that everyone wants to visit and take pictures next to. The Sea Organ is a combination of architecture and music, whose sound is created by the energy of the sea, waves, and the relationship of the tides. They are located on the coast of Zadar near the Greeting to the Sun. Greeting to the Sun? is an installation whose location offers a beautiful view of the Zadar islands and the sunset. These are glass panels which, thanks to solar panels, "collect" sunlight during the day, so that at night the lighting element built into the circle creates a light show in a special way that will delight every visitor. You will not miss the entertaining content and local activities, because the city of Zadar and the surrounding towns are full of content where every age will find something for himself, be it wine tours, water sports, fishing, diving or day trips to the islands. We spend it in jacuzzi watching fireworks 💥 From Zadar:) everyone had his own room and bathroom, big table in the kitchen and place to cook :) very modern and clean. The host is totally nice and understanding :) the city is close, around not a lot of neighbours so if u wanna listen music bit louder is not a problem ;) stereo in the house is amazing! We were happy to be there and I hope we will come back one day ;)

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir vom Gastgeber und seiner Familie sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie hatten uns auch bei der ersten Zurechtfindung was die Örtlichkeiten und nähere Umgebung angeht bestens Informiert. Die Villa ist in einem Top Zustand. Die gesamte Aufteilung der Zimmer, Fitness und Wohnbereiche ist optimal angeordnet. Auch die Mega- Hitze von bis zu 35° Celsius war im Terrassenbereich mit einer leichten Brise vom Meer angenehm auszuhalten. Ein Sprung in den schön angelegten Pool lässt keine Wünsche mehr offen. Ich war mit meiner Familie (7 Personen) von Mitte bis Ende August in dieser schönen Villa und kann diese mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren in der ersten Septemberwoche 2022 zu 8 in der Villa Calvi und wurden sehr gastfreundlich empfangen. Eine Platte mit einheimischen Köstlichkeiten wurde für alle vorbereitet. Das Haus erfüllte nicht unsere Erwartung, sondern übertraf sie. Das war der schönste Urlaub für mich in Kroatien. Es war sehr ruhig und der beheizte Pool war die Sensation.Einfach reinspringen, wann immer ich wollte, sogar mit Gegenstromanlage. Den Whirlpool auf der Terrasse konnten wir ebenso genießen. Der Hausherr organisierte für uns ein Motorboot, wir sahen uns die Kornten an und sprangen in wunderschönen Buchten ins Meer.
