The enchanting Villa Carlotta is located on the fairy-tale and picturesque hill Vi?inada in the western part of Istria. Just like the ballerina Carlotta Grisi, after whom the villa is named, this modern villa exudes simplicity and grace, offering you and your loved ones maximum relaxation and tranquility. Relax and dance into the most beautiful memories and stories that this unique villa has created for you. The villa is located on a total area of 875 m2 and the area of the accommodation unit is 225 m2. With its accommodation capacity Villa Carlotta can accommodate 8 people in 4 modern equipped and fully air-conditioned rooms. All rooms are located on the upper floor of the villa and are equipped with private bathroom with shower. In the additional room on the upper floor there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the first floor of the villa there is a large kitchen with a modern cooking island that dominates the space and allows you to prepare the best delicacies for your loved ones. In the kitchen there is a dining table with seating for 8 people, adjoined by a living room, which with its spaciousness offers maximum relaxation in pleasant afternoons. For a complete escape from reality, there is also a small oasis of tranquility, a wellness area with whirlpool, shower and Finnish bath. An ideal place to relax and recharge your batteries for the upcoming return to everyday life. In the spacious garden of the villa there is a 44 m² swimming pool with a hydro massage bench and additional heating possibility. For all lovers of fresh air and outdoor dining, there is a covered summer kitchen with barbecue. The yard is fully fenced with a fence over 1.5 meters high and offers 4 parking spaces in the yard. With its location, this impressive villa offers tranquility, but at the same time rich content for all eager activities and entertainment. Es war der absolute Hammer, sehr sehr schön, sauber und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Die Seite ist auch vertrauenswürdig. Man konnte durch WhatsApp immer jemanden erreichen, falls was passieren sollte. Die Lage von der Villa ist eher etwas entfernter von der Stadt, sehr ruhige Umgebung daher. Man muss ungefähr 20min zur nächsten Stadt fahren, was auch okay ist. Für Gruppen......

Wir waren am Anfang unsicher, ob es die Villa überhaupt gibt und es in echt auch so aussehen wird wie auf den Bildern. Es war der absolute Hammer, sehr sehr schön, sauber und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Die Seite ist auch vertrauenswürdig. Man konnte durch WhatsApp immer jemanden erreichen, falls was passieren sollte. Die Lage von der Villa ist eher etwas entfernter von der Stadt, sehr ruhige Umgebung daher. Man muss ungefähr 20min zur nächsten Stadt fahren, was auch okay ist. Für Gruppen die es etwas ruhiger in der Umgebung haben wollen, optimal :)
