Treat yourself to a royal vacation at Villa Carolus Barat in Istria and indulge in ultimate luxury. You will be welcomed in a completely renovated traditional villa, where every detail and every piece of antique furniture has been carefully selected. With this luxury we have ensured absolute privacy and protection from unwanted glances. Located in the northwest of the Istrian peninsula, just 10 kilometers from the sea and the town of Pore?, the location of the villa is ideal for exploring the Istrian coast and inland. It is located in the small town of Barat on the hillside overlooking the sea and on a beautiful day in the distance shows the outlines of Italy and Venice. The villa is fully equipped and guests do not need to bring any necessities. It is ideally furnished for 10 guests. It has 5 bedrooms with double beds, while one room also has a sofa bed for two children. The villa also has 5 bathrooms and a separate toilet. From the kitchen you enter a spacious dining room equipped with a massive antique table for 10 people and a living room where you can taste liqueurs, wines, jams and craft beer made exclusively for Villa Carolus Barat with a special stamp name of the villa on it. In front of the villa, on a 2500 m2 plot, there is a covered outdoor dining room with stone barbecue and a table for 10 people. In front of the dining area you can refresh yourself in a 10x7m swimming pool or in an outdoor Jacuzzi. For those who want more entertainment, we have provided table soccer, a traditional massive billiards table, PlayStation 4, home theater, modern audio system, chess and orbitrack. Those who want to relax will be delighted by the spacious Turkish steam bath and Finnish sauna. Wi-Fi is, of course, free and available throughout the property. If you want to explore the surroundings and enjoy nature, we provide free bikes! * In the period from 01.11. - 05.05. For the pool heating 100 ? per day will be charged.

Pool ist mit genügend Sonnenschirme ausgestattet. Sehr toller Aufenthalt!

A sto reci za Villu Carolus! Nedovoljno je rijeci kojima se moze opisati to imanje! Na slikama je predivno, ali u stvarnosti jos ljepse! Od samog pocetka pa do kraja u Villi je pazeno na svaki detalj, toliko ljubavi je utkano u taj prostor! Osjecali smo se kao u svojoj kuci koliko je dobra energija!! Sadrzaja ima toliko da nije potrebno izlaziti iz kuce! Ne mogu opisati koliko detalja i potrepstina ima! Na svaki detalj- od posteljine, rucnika, navlaka, zavjesa , posudja, piva, vina, pjenusca, maslinovog ulja, kisobrana i jos puno toga je ime Villa Carolus! Jos uvijek sam pod dojmom da ne mogu niti napisati sve sto smo dozivjeli ( od interijera do eksterijera jedno savrsenstvo ) Sve za samu pohvalu i vise od toga! Svima bih preporucila villu Carolus za odmor! Jednostavno treba ju dozivjeti! A mi cemo zasigurno ponovno doci! Marita& Ivan
