The beautiful Villa Casa di Hvar is located on one of the most beautiful Croatian islands, on the eponymous Hvar, which is known for the most numerous sunny hours in year. The villa spreads over four floors and has an elevator, but also is equipped with an Alexa device for a smart home. A golf cart is at your disposal upon arrival and departure to the villa. Accommodation capacity for a maximum of 14 people, the villa has four rooms with double beds for 8 people and three sofa beds of 180x190 m arranged in three rooms suitable for another 6 people. All rooms also have ensuite fully equipped bathrooms. On the ground floor is the Royal Suite with 90 m2, and a large terrace with jacuzzi, then living room, modern bathroom and dining room. On the remaining floors there are other bedrooms and bathrooms. The villa also has a roof terrace with a beautiful view of the Hvar archipelago. The price for up to 10 people is €2,100.00 per week.
For each additional person between 10 and 14 people, the fee is €150 per person.
Additional children up to 5 years of age are free of charge.
For additional children between 5 and 11 years of age, the fee is €75 per child.

The period from 15.06. - 31.08.2023:

The price for up to 10 people is €2,900.00 per week.
For each additional person between 10 and 14 people, the fee is €220 per person.
Additional children up to 5 years of age old are free of charge.
For additional children between 5 and 11 years of age the fee is €110 per child.
