Villa Cyrene is located in Zaton, in the bay of the same name between two historic cities, Nin and Zadar, and the whole place is full of historical sites. It is also characterized by a Mediterranean climate with mild winters and long and warm summers, which is why this location is great for all those who want to spend this summer with their loved ones in the best possible way!

Villa Cyrene was renovated in 2022 and is adorned with a modern style of construction that you will enjoy throughout your stay. Guests have at their disposal 220 m2 of living space, and the total area of the property is 750 m2. It is only 400 meters away from the nearest clean and clear sea, which is a great opportunity to enjoy the sandy beach with your family. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 and optimally 8 people who, on the ground floor, will be accommodated in one bedroom with two single beds (which can be connected if necessary), while the remaining three rooms are located on the upper floor and contain double beds. All four rooms have en suite bathrooms with showers. If necessary, in the living room there is a corner sofa that serves as an extra bed for two people, and there is also a table, armchair, and TV. The modern kitchen contains everything you need to prepare meals, and there is a bar with two bar seats, near the kitchen, there is a dining room with a table for 8 people.

On the upper floor, there is a balcony with a sitting set and a table where you can drink coffee and hang out with the family.

On the outdoor terrace, there is a heated pool of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. Next to it, there are 8 sun loungers, and an outdoor gas grill where you can try your culinary skills of preparing traditional Dalmatian dishes, and you will enjoy the outdoor covered corner set. is located in the garden.

Additional amenities you can use during your stay are a washing machine, iron, feeder, and baby cot.

The yard of Villa Cyrene is fully fenced, and there are 3 private parking spaces inside it and 1 parking space outside the yard.

Children will have fun thanks to the slide, open yard, table tennis, and trampoline. There are also swings, badminton, and a PlayStation.

Due to its ideal climate, rich cultural heritage, and beautiful nature, Zaton is increasingly turning to tourism and becoming one of the most attractive tourist destinations. You also have the opportunity to visit the national parks ‘Krka’ and ‘Paklenica’.
