If you are looking for the perfect peaceful oasis for a holiday near the coast, then Villa D-Palace is the right choice for you! It is located in Zemunik Donji, which is adorned with beautiful colors of the landscape, and which will delight nature lovers, while for those looking for an active vacation, everything is at hand: walking, cycling or diving. Villa D-Palace was built in a modern style of construction in 2021, and has 600 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1400 m2. Guests who like to be active during the holiday will be delighted by the room with several exercise equipment, and after exercise, they will be able to relax in the sauna.
The nearest sea and beach are only 7 km from the villa, which older and younger generations will enjoy, and in the evening younger generations can have fun in several nearby cafes or try delicious traditional dishes in taverns or restaurants.
Villa D-Palace offers accommodation for a maximum of 14 and an optimal 10 people. The villa is fully air-conditioned and spreads over 3 floors. On each floor, there is a modern kitchen, dining room with dining table, comfortable living room, and bedrooms with bathrooms. The villa has a total of two single beds (90x200), 4 double beds (180x200), 3 sofa beds (180x200), and there is one extra bed measuring 90x200. You can use 5 bathrooms with shower and two separate toilets.
As additional facilities, there is a separate room (laundry) that guests can use, and there is a washing machine, dryer, and iron. Also, the villa has a cot and high chair if you come with children.
On the outdoor terrace, there is a heated pool of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. Next to it, there are 12 sun loungers, outdoor seating, covered outdoor dining table with a charcoal or wood grill.
The villa is fully fenced, offers 12 private parking spaces inside the yard, and is rented throughout the year, which means that it is happy to open its doors to you whenever you want!
Children will be delighted by the open yard, lots of space for fun and socializing, and there are also bicycles, a trampoline, and digital TV.
Villa D-Palace also has a tavern with tables and seats, where you will enjoy the cheerful company, trying Dalmatian dishes prepared on the grill. Lovers of delicious drops will be delighted by the large selection of wines, and the tavern serves breakfast every morning, which is included in the price! Also, a tavern and a relaxation area, where there is a sofa, armchair and coffee table.
Zemunik is very famous for its rich offer of agro products, natural beauty, rural tourism, and historical monuments, churches, and sacred art. The locals will warmly welcome you with their delicious traditional specialties, as well as natural products. Beautiful Dalmatian beaches are only 7 km away, and a rich summer program, restaurants, bars, and national parks are also nearby.
