Luxury stone villa Damiana is located in a small village Damijanici, a charming place in which the picturesque landscape of Villa Damiana fits perfectly. Damijanići is only 2 km away from Žminj, an Istrian town with a rich history, which is confirmed by historical monuments and churches. Villa Damiana is a 300 year old authentic stone house owned by the same family for centuries. It has been restored in accordance with the way of life of farmers and the Istrian traditional style of construction. Located 2 km from restaurants and shopping centers, the villa is suitable for 10 people, has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and the living room and kitchen are decorated in a combination of the historical spirit of Istrian tradition and modern furniture. The kitchen also offers a microwave, toaster, kettle and deep fryer.

The fully air-conditioned villa has a fireplace, a beautiful green garden, a swimming pool and a barbecue where you can spend quality relaxing time with your family and friends, and if you come accompanied by children, you can use a cot. There is a stone portrait on the wall, above which is the inscription San Giacomo (St. James). It is not yet known who placed the stone head on the wall of the house, but it is believed to have been installed by the owner during the construction of the house. Just as St. James is the protector of travelers and the pilgrim, he is also expecting you.

You can park your tin pets in 7 parking spaces at your disposal!

Relax in complete safety without any fear, because the house is safe to rest thanks to smoke detectors and cameras!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Damiana. 4 adults and 3 children (aged 4 - 6 yrs) had plenty of space and loved the pool and outdoor eating areas. Our hosts were so welcoming and friendly and we had many wonderful days out to the surrounding towns and beaches of Istria. Only wish we'd made it 2 weeks

War die richtige Entscheidung
Wir hatten mehrere Ferienhäuser zur Auswahl und haben uns dann für dieses Haus entschieden, weil wir alte Häuser mit Geschichte mögen. Wir haben die Wahl keine Sekunde bereut. Das Haus hat mit seinen uralten Mauern eine tolle Atmosphäre und ist trotzdem sehr gut ausgestattet und super in Schuss. Alles machte einen gepflegten Eindruck, vor allem auch der Pool. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als ich nach einem Fahrrad fragte, standen am nächsten Morgen zwei vor der Tür. Das waren zwar keine Spitzenmodelle, aber zum schnellen Einkauf in Zminj hat es gereicht. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Vor allem abends und auch nachts bellten und jaulten mehrere Hunde in der ferneren Nachbarschaft. Als wir das den Vermietern bei der Übergabe erzählten, nahmen sie es sehr ernst und wollten sich darum kümmern. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt!

In dieser Villa hatten wir im Juni einen perfekten Urlaub. Wir hatten eine vollkommene Privatsphäre. Die Villa hat eine gute Qualität und Luxus. Sie ist mit viel Grün umgeben, wo wir uns sehr erholten und die traditionellen Architektur des Hauses genossen. Der Schwimmbecken ist sehr gro? und sicher. Alles was in der Broschüre stand hatten wir in der Villa; nichts fehlte. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und immer am Dienst. Ich würde diese Villa jedem empfehlen der in der Natur so auch im Luxus geniessen will. Das ganze Gebiet der Villa und des Hofes sind mit Internet bedeckt, so dass wir unsere Geschäfte über den Laptop regeln konnten. In der Nähe der Villa befinden sich Laufstrecken und Fahrradwege und viele gute Restaurants.
