Luxury Villa Danica is an ideal choice for anyone looking for a real vacation. The villa is located in Suko?an and offers you the opportunity to escape from reality and relax from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. At the same time, it is close to numerous restaurants and cafés. In addition, there are numerous sports facilities such as basketball, soccer, beach volleyball, windsurfing and kitesurfing, fishing, diving, etc. at your disposal. Guests who wish to embark on a gastronomic journey will find numerous excellent restaurants nearby. One of the greatest assets of this beautiful villa is its location. It is located in the center of Suko?an. The villa is only 100 meters from the sea and 500 meters from the pebble beach, offering its guests the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful Adriatic Sea. From Zlatna luka to the Tustica Nature Complex, Suko?an has over 10 km of indented coastline, warmed by the clean and clear sea and suitable for swimming along almost its entire length. Guests can choose between organized beaches and intimate coves. Suko?an is also home to the largest marina on the Adriatic coast, Marina Dalmacija. For this very reason, the villa is an ideal choice for those who want to sail or explore the diversity of the Adriatic coast. The center of Zadar County and the pearl of the Adriatic coast - the city of Zadar - are only 7 kilometers away. Villa Danica consists of four bedrooms, three of which are equipped with double beds and the fourth with three beds. Guests of Villa Danica have at their disposal a nicely decorated barbecue area where you can enjoy freshly prepared meals with your family and friends. The open space offers a beautiful swimming pool (24 m2) surrounded by sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing afternoons. With its varied offer, Villa Danica will satisfy all your needs! Please note that this accommodation does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group in this accommodation consists of people under the age of 30. Do not book this accommodation if you are a youth group or bachelor party, as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be the case upon arrival at the accommodation or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.

We recommend Portus Beach club (Half an hour walk), rent a boat, the tasty menu at Konoba Piazetta across the street, delicious ice cream also across the street and a trip to Zadar Old Town (€ 40 by taxi).

Great apartments!
We rented the two apartments in the main building for one week in September, 2021 and totally loved it. Me and my wife lived in the smaller apartment and our grown up kids plus son in law and grand son lived in the larger apartment. Great to have separate apartments but still have one big common patio just outside. A third apartment across the road was included as well. We did not need it, but it looked lovely. We especially liked to be close to restaurants, bakery, beaches, etc. Everything within walking distance. It is a quiet place (apart from the church bell..). Suitable for friends, families etc. Not a party place.
