Unique and very modern villa Dante with beautiful sea view is located in a quiet location in the small town of Debeljak near Zadar and is ideal for your dream vacation. Contemporary construction, stylish simplicity and a spacious outdoor area with a large swimming pool are the features of this luxury villa, which invites you to relax in a perfect vacation. The accommodation capacity of Villa Dante Debeljak, which is 200 m2, is a maximum of 8 people. On the first floor of the villa there is a modern living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as a bedroom with bathroom and terrace. On the upper floor there are three rooms with private bathroom and balcony. On the upper terrace of the villa there is a jacuzzi where you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beautiful sunset. On the spacious terrace of the villa you can enjoy summer afternoons with a large pool of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.5 meters. Around the pool are 6 sun loungers and there is an outdoor kitchen with gas grill, stove and other amenities. In the fully fenced yard of the villa there are three parking spaces, and two more parking spaces outside the yard. When you get tired of enjoying the peace and privacy of Villa Dante Debeljak, head to the nearest pebble beach, which is 7 km away from the villa. There you can enjoy jet ski adventures in addition to diving and swimming. Near the villa you will find a variety of content. If you prefer a more dynamic vacation, be sure to visit the Green Adventure Park, which offers paintball as well as other adrenaline sports such as ziplining , quad or bike park. Be sure to visit one of the many restaurants or taverns that you will find in picturesque Dalmatian coastal towns such as Suko?an, Bibinje, Biograd na Moru and the like. If you stay in Bibinje during the music evenings ?Raspivano Bibinje? you will surely enjoy the unforgettable authentic Dalmatian atmosphere dominated by klapa singing and local cuisine. Klapa singing is a traditional form of polyphonic singing without instrumental accompaniment, which due to its long tradition and uniqueness has been on the UNESCO list of intangible world heritage since 2012. In the nearby city center, the city of Zadar, you will find a variety of cultural, artistic and entertainment content offered during the summer months. Zadar is otherwise known for its rich history and the largest number of preserved cultural and historical monuments in all of Dalmatia.
