Your stay in Villa del Sol

On the eastern coast of the Istrian peninsula, in the small town of Labin lies the beautiful Villa del Sol. Surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, the villa guarantees its guests complete privacy so they can fully enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. This fully air-conditioned villa with a living space of 200 m2 consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are equipped with double beds while in one there are two separate single beds. All bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom equipped with shower and underfloor heating and a TV. Guests of the villa also have a separate toilet at their disposal. The open-plan ground floor of the villa consists of an elegant kitchen equipped with everything guests may want during their stay, sun-soaked dining room and a spacious living room perfect for afternoon relaxation. The airy interior of the villa will make you feel right at home. The fully enclosed, 800m2 large yard of the villa features a swimming pool (9.5 x 3.5) surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. Guests can relax in the comfortable outdoor sitting area whilst sipping cool drinks or preparing fresh grilled meals on the outdoor grill. Furthermore, the beautifully landscaped courtyard features a covered dining area for 8 people. The villa also has 4 private parking places. Labin is a lovely small town that will delight you with its offer and gorgeous old parts which represent a combination of Venetian, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque architecture. It is only 5 km away from Rabac, which abounds in gorgeous pebble beaches. Choose Villa del Sol for your holiday, enjoy the beauty of Istria and all it has to offer. The villa was thoughtfully designed with plenty of space; the kitchen was very well equipped and the pool was a good size for both swimming and playing in. We found we needed our car as there was not much to do in the very local vicinity but we enjoyed exploring the surrounding towns and the glorious coastline. We recently stayed at Villa del Sol and all we can say is fantastic. From the minute we booked Andrea was so helpful. She answered our questions promptly and helped with all of the things we needed before our travels. When we arrived the Villa was outstanding, really well set out, very modern, and had everything we needed for the week. The Villa has a true family feel to it, it’s safe, there is everything there for all ages groups. Andrea really helped us whilst we were there, making some great recommendations of where to eat and what to do. We would highly recommend staying at the Villa and we are looking forward to going back.

We stayed in the Villa for 6 nights during our motorcycle trip. We had a fantastic time and would happily head back next year. The villa has plenty of space and a very clean and modern furniture. There are 4 private bedrooms with an own bathroom in each. The garden is very big and completely fenced in. The host is very friendly and even recommended some very good restaurants. The villa is in a calm and small settlement directly in labin. You can reach the supermarket or coastline within a few minutes. For this price, the villa del Sol is the best one we've ever had.

Entspannter und gemütlicher Aufenthalt auch als Jugendgruppe
Wir waren zu siebt in der Villa del Sol als "Jugendgruppe" mit Jungs und Mädels zwischen 17 und 18 Jahren, die ihre Maturareise dort verbrachten. Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön, erholsam und entspannend. Natürlich feierten wir auch, trotzdem waren wir ab 22 Uhr meist etwas leiser, aber Abende mit Musik und Unterhaltung bis in die Nacht waren problemlos möglich. Die gesamte Villa hat uns samt Ausstattung und Einrichtung wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Auch falls wir Anliegen oder Fragen hatten, stand uns Andrea, die Eigentümerin, jederzeit zur Verfügung. Es fehlte uns an nichts, Toaster, Smoothiemaker, Gelsenstecker, Handtücher, Badetaschen, Bademäntel, Föhn, alles war vorhanden. Falls uns dennoch etwas ausging, befand sich 5 Minuten vom Quatier ein Spar, ein Lidl und ein Müller. Zu den Stränden sind wir nur mit dem Auto gefahren, da die Gegend dort sehr hügelig ist, was mit dem Fahrrad bei 30°C doch etwas zu anstrengend gewesen wäre. Trotzdem war alles gut erreichbar und auch die Altstadt in Labin war sehr schön. Empfehlenswert ist die Pizzaria Rumore für Abende, an denen man mal nicht kochen möchte;)

Wir ,eine sechsköpfige Familie mit Mädels und Jungs von 6 bis 15 Jahren, haben in der Villa del sol einen perfekten Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist bis ins Detail wie auf den Bildern und sowohl die Ausstattung der Küche als auch die Gestaltung der Räume hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.Der Außenbereich ist großzügig und von der Straße nicht einsehbar, die Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten haben je nach Bedarf Sonne oder Schatten geboten und auch der großzügige Pool wurde mehrmals in der Woche von den Vermietern gereinigt.Darüber hinaus waren diese jederzeit ansprechbar und haben uns wertvolle Tipps bezüglich naheliegender Badestrände oder einheimischer Gastronomie gegeben. Der Ferienort selbst ist eher ruhig und die Villa liegt in einer gewachsenen Siedlung statt den üblichen Ferienanlagen, was wir als Vorteil empfanden.Obwohl man das schöne Anwesen nicht hätte verlassen müssen, haben wir auf der Halbinsel Istrien auch ein paar schöne Ausflüge gemacht, da die Entfernungen immer recht kurz sind lohnen sich auch Halbtagestouren. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit weiter empfehlen und bedanken uns noch einmal für die schöne Zeit!

The villa was thoughtfully designed with plenty of space; the kitchen was very well equipped and the pool was a good size for both swimming and playing in. We found we needed our car as there was not much to do in the very local vicinity but we enjoyed exploring the surrounding towns and the glorious coastline. The owners live over the road from the villa and are friendly and accommodating. They are very committed to the history of Croatia and in the grounds have managed the juxtaposition of their newly renovated villa with some original Istrian buildings.
