Your stay in Villa Divina

This beautiful villa is designed with love and care, and offers its guests a great holiday. Typical Istrian style is evident in many details. Traditional style, which connects the stone and wood, particularly stands out the architectural value of the villa. In the transition between interior and exterior space, stretches covered terrace at the front of the villa. On the terrace there is a fireplace where you can prepare dishes from the grill.
The interior is decorated and designed so it provides maximum comfort (each room has its own bathroom).  There are four bedrooms in the villa and two of them are located on the ground floor. Villa is the perfect place for a quiet and relaxing holiday, surrounded by greenery, so you can feel a strong connection with nature. There is just 20-minute drive to the famous and picturesque towns Pula, Rovinj, Pula and Brijuni National Park.

Right next to this villa Divina is newly built Villa Astarea, and two villas can be rented together for larger groups.

Divšići is a small village in the vicinity of the town, which has about 200 people. Small traditional houses and old local roads provide a true experience of Istria. You can fill your holiday in addition to the locals, offering wine and excellent Istrian culinary delights. Divšići are located about 20 minutes drive from Pula.

In vicinity numerous attractions can be found: Barba Tone Ranch which is ideal for children, Glavani Adventure Park - the best adrenaline park in whole Istria with plenty of things to do, and for adventurers we suggest a visit to Festinsko Kraljevstvo cave.

In Vodnjan there is cultural heritage with ancient ruins that date back to the Roman Empire. With many activities you can also enjoy views of the city of Pula and Brijuni.

We arrived to find the villa spotlessly clean and the outdoor areas also- everything very well maintained. The villa is decorated very tastefully- really co-ordinated theme throughout the house that is carried through to the outdoors and again well maintained in brand new like condition. Light and airy with more than enough room for us.......

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in this beautiful villa. It has everything you need, and is modern and clean. The pool and gardens are fantastic and the surrounding area great to explore. It is in the middle of nowhere so you do need a car, but equally it was wonderfully quiet and there are villages within 15minutes drive with lovely restaurants. The owners waited until late to greet us and were on hand for anything we needed. A lovely lovely holiday.

We enjoyed that each bedroom has an extra bathroom and that the porch with the big dining table is covered so you can use it during any weather. The pool was the highlight for the kids, and the big garden is ideal to play lots of different games. For adults, the hammock was a plus! The only small downside is the location, as the house is literally in the middle of nowhere. The main bigger cities are easy to reach b......

RELAXING WONDERFUL STAY

We arrived to find the villa spotlessly clean and the outdoor areas also- everything very well maintained. The villa is decorated very tastefully- really co-ordinated theme throughout the house that is carried through to the outdoors and again well maintained in brand new like condition. Light and airy with more than enough room for us. As planned we spent more time outdoors and bbq and seating area are great for this with a lovely view over the pool and garden. This pool had a very good filter and pool cleaners came twice a week- so never did we have to clean out any insects. We have stayed in villas before where we have to spend an hour each morning cleaning out the insects from the pool as the pool filters were not good. We visited the Plitvice lakes while staying here and the drive is 3.5 hours but so scencic a drive and the lakes are outstanding, like a fairy tale. We also took a boat trip from Pula and enjoyed jumping and diving in the aqua coloured sea. Loved trying the local food and wine and even bought some poatoes and eggs and other fresh produce from a neighbour- how nice to eat such fresh food. Our favourite restaurant was in Pula and had a secret garden to eat in- Valli Delicious- great local food and service. Usually we go to Italy for our summer holiday but we think this part of Croatia is more beautiful. Our son was in the south before he joined us in the north and he though the north is more beautiful - this part of Croatia has beautiful forests and meadows with wild flowers and aqua coloured rivers and lakes. Can highly recommend and did not want to come home!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in this beautiful villa. It has everything you need, and is modern and clean. The pool and gardens are fantastic and the surrounding area great to explore. It is in the middle of nowhere so you do need a car, but equally it was wonderfully quiet and there are villages within 15minutes drive with lovely restaurants. The owners waited until late to greet us and were on hand for anything we needed. A lovely lovely holiday.

The main bigger cities are easy to reach by car, but there is nothing (store, restaurant, pool, etc.) in the surrounding area that you could reach by walking. It makes the outside area very quiet though ;-)

Ein versprochenes Kinderbettchen war am Anreisetag nicht vorhanden, wurde aber von der Vermieterfamilie noch am selben Tag organisiert und gebracht - vielen Dank dafür! Auch von der Agentur wurden wir sehr gut betreut und diese waren jederzeit ansprechbar. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: es gibt pro Gast nur ein kleines Handtuch und ein Gästehandtuch. Ein Duschhandtuch wäre wünschenswert oder ein Set zum wechseln.
