The beautiful Villa Divina is situated in Rogoznica, a charming Dalmatian town proudly boasting with over fifty kilometres of unspoilt coastline. It offers its guests a unique opportunity to explore many of the crystal-clear beaches and enjoy a week of absolute relaxation. The nearest pebbly beach is just thirty metres from the villa! Boat lovers will find one of the loveliest marinas on the Adriatic, Marina Frapa, in the vicinity of the villa. All those wishing to engage in an active holiday will find numerous sports activities in the vicinity, as well as a wide range of cultural and entertainment events. Villa Divina offers peace and quiet for guests in need of relaxation, as well as easy connection to the city centres of Šibenik and Trogir, known for their cultural attractions, as well as excellent restaurants and bars where you can enjoy authentic gourmet delicacies. Villa Divina is 380m2 big and spreads over a territory of 458m2. It consists of five bedrooms equipped with double beds. The bedrooms are very spacious, modernly decorated and equipped with air-conditioning and SAT TV. There are also five bathrooms and three separate WC's (one located on the ground floor and two located on the first floor, next to the sauna). The Villa has a modern kitchen which will suit your every need. The kitchen opens up to a comfortable dining area and a beautiful living room. Every room is designed to provide its guests with the feeling of ultimate comfort and luxury. Among many wondrous assets the villa has to offer, the guests will discover a game room - perfect for having fun with your family and friends. The game room is equipped with billiards, table football, darts and a Finnish sauna, ideal for six people. On the top floor of the villa you will find a beautiful, overflow swimming pool (7.80 x 2.35 m), equipped with an in-built whirlpool and surrounded by sun-loungers. The luxurious swimming pool is the Villa’s greatest asset because it offers its guests an unobstructed view of the beautiful Adriatic Sea. If you wish to enjoy in a week of absolute luxury, Villa Divina is the perfect choice for you!
