Your stay in Villa Duga

Villa Duga is a beautiful and luxurious villa located near the beautiful town of Pore? It occupies a living area of 320 m2 and consists of 3 floors. The villa is equipped with high quality rustic furniture and offers everything you need for rest and relaxation with family or friends. In the living room furniture, home theater and a fireplace create a nice relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances for fine cooking. The villa has 6 modern and tastefully decorated bedrooms with air conditioning. Six of them with double beds. Five of the six rooms have direct access to the terrace or balcony. Five of six rooms have a bathroom/WC with shower. The beautifully decorated fenced garden offers a barbecue, a green landscaped garden and a terrace with comfortable seating and a summer kitchen. There is also a swimming pool (36 m2) with sun loungers and an outdoor shower at your disposal. Vila Duga near Pore? is only 2 km away from the city center and for all sea lovers the nearest beach is only 1200 meters away. Nearby there are stores, restaurants and taverns for those who want to try Istrian cuisine. There is also the possibility to use the golf and tennis courts, boat rental and water sports in the vicinity. Pets are allowed in this accommodation at the owner's discretion or for a fee. Please note that this accommodation does not accept youth groups or bachelor parties. A youth group in this accommodation consists of people aged 28 years or younger. Do not book this accommodation if you are a youth group or a bachelor party, as your booking will be declined after booking, which may also be the case upon arrival at the accommodation or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.

Vila Duga gave us a lovely holiday, and was perfect for our big family of 8 adults and 5 children under the age of 10 years old. The house is placed in a quiet area and is surrounded by a well -maintained garden with lavender and olive trees. The house was clean and newly redecorated- like the photos in the ad. We really appreciated the big, beautiful bedrooms and the fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The swimming pool was clean, and the outside kitchen was perfect for barbequing at......

The villa is very spacious and extremely well kept. The owners were very responsive to a couple of small issues that we encountered. There are three restaurants within 200m of the villa which was a pleasant surprise - all good quality and well priced. The villa is c 4 km from Porec town which is lovely. We were very impressed over the 2 weeks we stayed here.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, gute Lage
Wir waren 10 Tage mit 12 Personen (davon 5 Kinder) und einem Hund in der Villa Duga. Es ist ein sehr hochwertig eingerichtetes Haus mit einem großen Garten. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Größe des Pools ist völlig ausreichend. In der Nähe befinden sich einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zu Fuß ein Imbiss und Bäcker. Das Grundstück war leider nicht wie beschrieben komplett eingezäunt. Falls etwas fehlte, wurden uns diverse Utensilien innerhalb kürzester Zeit vom Hausbesitzer gebracht. Es gibt in der Nähe einen sehr schönen Strand, der auch zu jeder Tageszeit ein Schattenplätzchen bereit hielt. Was uns nicht so gefiel, dass einen Tag vor Abreise die Gärtner kamen und dass der Putztrupp schon ins Haus stürmte, als wir noch nicht mal vom Haus draussen waren. Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern und waren für 2 Wochen in der Villa Duga Es war einfach ein Traum Urlaub der Besitzer war sehr zuvorkommend mit großem Vertrauen in uns wir wurden super gastfreundlich empfangen und es sah tatsächlich alles so aus wie auf den Fotos wenn nicht manches noch schöner! Die Lage war perfekt man kann alles recht schnell mit dem Auto erreichen und vieles erkunden wie zB die vielen verschiedenen Strände die super angelegt sind Den Hafen mit tollen kleinen Ständchen Rummel und Zirkus es ist für jeden was dabei auch spiel Casinos sind in der Nähe

Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen Freunde-Urlaub in der Villa Duga, alles war perfekt. Bereits ab der Buchung lief alles super, Frau Ana von CLR war sehr professionell, hilfsbereit und immer freundlich, danke dafür. Die Villa Duga ist sehr schön eingerichtet und dekoriert und alles sehr sauber. Der Garten ist wunderschön, der Aussenbereich mit Pool sehr einladend und gepflegt. Es sind zahlreiche Sitzgelegenheiten und ein toller Grillplatz vorhanden. Der Strand ist ca. 1 km entfernt, sehr schön, natürlich beschattet und mit dem Fahrrad oder fußläufig erreichbar. Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und äußerst hilfsbereit bei der Restaurantsuche, der Organisation von Taxis etc., sogar der Kühlschrank war für unsere Anreise erstbefüllt, besser geht nicht. Wir alle haben uns in der Villa Duga extrem wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich dort wieder urlauben und die Villa Duga jedenfalls weiter empfehlen

Vila Duga gave us a lovely holiday, and was perfect for our big family of 8 adults and 5 children under the age of 10 years old. The house is placed in a quiet area and is surrounded by a well -maintained garden with lavender and olive trees. The house was clean and newly redecorated- like the photos in the ad. We really appreciated the big, beautiful bedrooms and the fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The swimming pool was clean, and the outside kitchen was perfect for barbequing at night. The owners of the house were hospitable and trustworthy. We really recommend renting this house!
