Your stay in Villa Dvori

Villa Dvori is a beautiful and modern holiday home, about 500 m away from the centre of Nin, the oldest Croatian royal town. The villa was originally built in 1853 and is completely enclosed by a stone wall from that time which gives the area a special charm. The interior of this beautiful villa consists of a spacious living room with a lovely and fully equipped kitchen, two air-conditioned and comfortably furnished bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms with a shower while guests have at their disposal a separate toilet as well. The living room opens to a large terrace with a swimming pool (31m2) where you can enjoy a refreshing swim at any time of the day, during the summer heat. Since the pool has a heating option, villa Dvori is a fantastic choice for holidaying even outside of the summer season. At the end of the terrace there is a barbecue area where you can relax and enjoy preparing fresh meals for your family and friends. Nin is famous for its large number of sandy beaches making it ideal for families with small children. Do not miss the opportunity to visit the beautiful and famous beach named Kraljičina plaža (Queen's Beach), the Nin Saltworks and Salt Museum. Enjoy the rich tourist and gastronomic offer of this charming little town that will surely sweep you off your feet! Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.

Von Lada, der Vermieterin wurden wir sehr freundlich mit Obst und Getränken empfangen. Hier ist man als Gast willkommen und wunschlos glücklich.

Great stay at Villa Dvori
My wife and I, along with another couple enjoyed our Mid-October 4 day stay at Villa Dvori in Nin. It is a very lovely fully renovated stone cottage, full of charm, surrounded by a stone wall and with a decent sized pool. Upstairs is sleeping area with both bedrooms having ensuites and downstairs was eating and living area. Outstanding and we loved it. Lada was a great host, easy to contact and giving helpful hints throughout. We chose Nin to stay in as it was close to Zadar but with a small town feel, full of its own charm and an easy drive in to Zadar, still convenient to drive to Plitvice national park. Plenty of restaurants to choose from as well as grocery stores. Two beaches to go to, and one very kid friendly.

Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Metzgerei und Restaurants im Dorf sind alle in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Strände von Nin sind in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Weitere Strände liegen einige Autominuten entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Robert der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr nett und hat uns noch einige Tipps gegeben zu schönen Stränden in der Umgebung.

A peace of paradise
We had the most amazing stay at Villa Dvori. After a delayed flight and arriving late at night, we received a lovely warm welcome from the host, who waited patiently for us and gave us lots of really helpful information. The accommodation was just superb - just as the pictures and even better! As soon as we opened the gate it was spectacular - the pool and outside area lit up at night is really stunning. The area is quiet, relaxing and a perfect piece of paradise. The villa is perfect for families (or couples) and has every possible thing you could think of - no need to bring anything. Having a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, and everything provided (tea towel, sponges, washing up liquid, handsoap, washing machine and dishwasher tablets, towels etc.) made it luxurious and so easy to relax in peace. The washing machine was great as it had a quick mode that only took 20 mins! The bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were lovely - a great size, with large wardrobes, lots of bedding (thick and thin!), Plenty of towels, and a few toiletries. Air con in every room. The open plan lounge and kitchen, with a really large table was perfect for all being together - very spacious. The villa itself was cool - we hardly used the air con, despite it being boiling outside. The pool was gorgeous and perfect temperature to cool down in the heat! You can always fine a sunny spot in the garden but loads of areas of shade too so it's great to be able to dip in and out. Lovely seating areas outside to enjoy relaxing drinks and morning coffee in the sun. We went to the bakery every morning for croissants, fresh bread etc. In fact there are 2 bakeries and a small supermarket, as well as a bar literally round the corner. Also there's a lady selling fresh fruit and veg, and another selling wine, olive oil etc. There's no need to leave the villa/area! Gorgeous beaches in Nin and nearby secluded coves. Nin itself has some fantastic restaurants, ice cream shops, cafes etc - all within 10 mins stroll from the villa. There really is plenty to do. We loved our stay so much - a 5 star stay with no expense spared on how they've kitted it out. Thank you for an amazing stay - we've never stayed anywhere as beautiful as here.
