Your stay in Villa Eleni

Villa Eleni is located in Ljubač, which is known as a pleasant place for holidays, offers its guests much-needed peace and quiet so they can fully relax and enjoy a holiday with family or friends, and there are carefree swimming on large sandy beaches that you are sure to enjoy. Villa Eleni was built in 2022 and will charm future guests with its modern style of construction, and the fact that will delight you is that the villa is located only 20 metres from the clean and clear Adriatic Sea where you will immediately want to bathe. Guests have at their disposal 154 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 525 m2. Villa Eleni can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, while the optimal number is 6. You will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. In the living room, there is a comfortable corner sofa, coffee table, chest of drawers, worktable, and TV. The living room leads directly to the outdoor terrace where you will enjoy a pool of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.6 metres, whose additional functionality is hydromassage. On the sun deck, by the pool, there are 6 deck chairs where you can enjoy soaking up the sun and reading your favourite book. On the terrace, you will be able to enjoy the evening socializing at the outdoor dining table with 8 seats, next to which there is a charcoal or wood grill. There is of course a modern kitchen and dining room with a table for 6 people where you can cook and try delicious dishes. The villa also has a children's entertainment room where you can play darts, PlayStation, and table football. In the same room, there is an extra bed in the form of a sofa bed (140x190). Villa Eleni has a sea view from the living room, dining room, and game room. Additional facilities you will find in the villa are a washing machine, dryer, and iron, one separate toilet, and you can also use the feeder and baby cot. The yard of the villa is fenced and offers guests 1 parking space inside the yard, and an additional 5 outside. Only 19 km from Ljubač is the beautiful city of Zadar, known for its waterfront, which is perfect for summer evening walks by the sea, and do not forget to walk to the end of the waterfront, where the Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun. It is about two installations, one is light while the other creates a wonderful melody thanks to the combination of wind and sea. If you decide, you can visit the Island of Pag, which is one of the sunniest islands in the Adriatic with over 2,500 hours of sunshine a year. Among more than a thousand Adriatic islands, Pag is completely different from the others, because under the stone armour lies the wealth of valuable islanders created over the centuries. Ein wirkliches Traumhaus! Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und man sieht die Liebe in jedem Detail. Von Obstkorb zur Begrüßung und Handtücher, Föhn usw... alles was man benötigt war vorhanden. Sehr herzlicher Gastgeber und der Pool mit Ausblich aufs Meer wirklich ein Traum!! Das Meer ist praktisch der Garten, in 5 Schritten ist man am Strand. Toller Ausblick zum Sonnenuntergang... dazu nochPlaystation & Kicker, ein Paradies für die Kinder... einfach alles Tip Top! Danke!

Sie liegt in einem kleinen Küstenort, ein Einkaufsladen ist nur ca. 150m entfernt und es gibt in Laufweite zwei Restaurants. Zadar ist auch nur ca. 18km entfernt. Sie hat eine tolle und wirklich vollständige Einrichtung, einen schönen Pool (in dem man auch wirklich schwimmen kann) und liegt tatsächlich nur 20m vom Natur-Sand-Strand entfernt. Buchung und Abwicklung über Croatia Luxury Rent liefen vollkommen......

Wir hatten hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind phänomenal. Die Ausstattung bietet alles wie beschrieben auf einem gehobenen Niveau. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und trotzdem sehr zurückhaltend. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in der Villa Eleni wärmstens empfehlen. Auch die paar Meter zu einem Mimimarkt ist sehr bequem. Danke für die tolle Zeit. Auch die Buchung über Croatia Luxury Rent war wieder total angenehm.

Die Villa Eleni ist eine sehr schöne Villa mit drei Schlafzimmern und en-suite Bädern. Sie liegt in einem kleinen Küstenort, ein Einkaufsladen ist nur ca. 150m entfernt und es gibt in Laufweite zwei Restaurants. Zadar ist auch nur ca. 18km entfernt. Sie hat eine tolle und wirklich vollständige Einrichtung, einen schönen Pool (in dem man auch wirklich schwimmen kann) und liegt tatsächlich nur 20m vom Natur-Sand-Strand entfernt. Buchung und Abwicklung über Croatia Luxury Rent liefen vollkommen problemlos. Die netten Damen vermittelten unsere drei mitreisenden Hunde dem Vermieter so, daß er es akzeptierte, vielen Dank dafür !!! Der Check-In und Check-Out mit dem Vermieter waren ebenfalls vollkommen problemlos. Winzige Nachteile: Die drei Bäder und auch die zusätzliche Gästetoilette sind recht klein....war für uns aber überhaupt kein Problem und das Meer ist hier extrem flach, man geht ca. 200m bis das Wasser mal zur Brust reicht....natürlich super für kleine Kinder ! Alles in allem kann ich die Villa Eleni zu 100% weiterempfehlen...wir kommen sicher wieder.
