Your stay in Villa Ella

Luxury Villa Ella is located on the west coast of Istria, in the small town of Vabriga, whose beauty leaves no one indifferent. The town of Vabriga itself, as well as its surrounding places, provide diverse and interesting content that will delight younger and older generations. Villa Ella is the right choice for all those who want to spend a luxurious holiday in peace and quiet, enjoying like kings. If you are also eager for just such a holiday, in order to escape from the hectic everyday life, then this villa is perfect for you! Villa Ella was built in a modern and elegant style in 2021, has 129 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 798 m2. It can accommodate a maximum of 5 and optimally 4 people. It is 2 km away from the nearest sea, and the nearest pebble beach is 2.1 km away and it is called Santa Marina. Near the villa there are restaurants, cafes and taverns where you can try delicious specialties and a few drops of top Istrian wines. There are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with showers, one of which has a double bed (180x200), and the other has two single beds (90x200). As an extra bed there is a folding bed (80x200) with a memory foam mattress. The modernly equipped kitchen and dining room with a table for 6 people will be a place where you will prepare delicious meals for the whole family. Near the dining room, in the living room, you will relax on the corner sofa, and there is also a TV and coffee table. The living room leads directly to the outdoor terrace which will leave you breathless. Pleasant refreshment during the day or night will provide a pool of 33 m2, next to it you will sunbathe on 5 deck chairs, and there is also a corner sofa, two seats and a table, a place where you can drink morning coffee. Also, next to the pool, there is another covered terrace that contains a dining table for 6 people and a charcoal grill. Additional facilities include a washing machine, iron, and if necessary, you can use a cot and feeder. Villa Ella is fully fenced, has a beautifully landscaped garden, and many places for children to play and relax. Inside the yard you can use 2 private parking spaces. In Vabriga there are several beautiful beaches where you can enjoy all the benefits of the crystal clear Adriatic Sea. The youngest will surely be delighted with the many interesting contents of the Lanterna Aquapark. Interesting facilities and local activities at your fingertips are wine tours, olive oil tours or truffle hunting. Istria is also known for its exceptional gastronomic offer, of which we must single out the world-famous top wines such as Malvasia, Teran or Merlot. Wine in Istria is recognized for its top quality due to its particularly favourable geographical position and soil quality, known as "Quattro terre". This feature has enabled the exceptional quality of not only the cultivation of vines but also extra virgin olive oil, which is valued as number one in Europe. Truffles are another top-quality, expensive delicacy that will delight all true gourmets with its specific and astringent taste. Welcome to a real little paradise on earth, welcome to Villa Ella!

Die Gastgeberin ist mega nett und antwortete uns immer sofort wenn wir Fragen auch zur Umgebung hatten. Es sind total viele Restaurants in der Umgebung und den Supermarkt erreicht man zu Fuß auf nicht mal 5 Minuten. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, wie werden gerne noch einmal dort hinfahren. (2 Familien mit jeweils einem Kind)

Das Haus ist perfekt. sehr sauber, viel Platz, modern eingerichtet, voll ausgesattet, Pool unvergleichlich sauber, jeder Raum klimatisiert, privatsphäre, eingezäunt, einkaufen/Restaurant zu Fuß in 2 Min. hilfsbereite und sehr freundliche Besitzer, bequeme Betten, super Lage. Was will man mehr.

Beautiful Villa Ella trifft es auf den Punkt. Die Villa ist zentral gelegen und sehr sauber und gepflegt, der Außenbereich mit Pool und Terrasse ist der Wahnsinn. Gastgeberin Sandra ist sehr nett und bemüht. Bei Anreise gibt es einen Obstkorb und Getränke (sehr Aufmerksam!!). Es war ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub. Gerne wieder.

Wir, 4-köpfige junge Familie (Kinder 1 und 3 Jahre), haben vor kurzem unseren Urlaub in der Villa Ella verbracht. Der Empfang der Vermieterin Sandra war unkompliziert und herzlich. Während des Aufenthalts kann man problemlos mit Sandra über WhatsApp kommunizieren und ggf. offene Fragen klären. Das gab ein gutes Gefühl. Zur Villa: Die Villa wurde 2021 erbaut und ist dementsprechend sehr hochwertig, sauber und modern ausgestattet. Für unser 1-jähriges Kind wurde ein Beistellbett sowie ein Kinderhochstuhl durch Sandra bereitgestellt. Die Klimaanlagen in den Räumen waren auffällig leise und dadurch unseres Erachtens hier auf jeden Fall erwähnenswert. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt wird (u.a. Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelmacher) Der Salzwasser-Pool war mit 27 Grad ideal zum schwimmen und abkühlen. Auf der Garage befindet sich gemäß den Fotos ein Essbereich, von welchem aus man Teile des Meeres sehen kann. Spektakulär war es von hier aus den Sonnenuntergang auf dem Meer zu sehen (zumindest zu der Zeit als wir vor Ort waren) Zur Umgebung: Die Villa liegt u.e. sehr günstig zu einigen Ausflugszielen. Ca. 15min mit dem Auto nach Porec', Novigrad und zur nahegelegenen Jama-Grotte. Ca. 3min mit dem Auto zum kostenlosen Parkplatz des Lanterna Campingplatz (welchen wir als Gäste mit den durch Sandra übergebenen Ausweis nutzen konnten) mit anschließendem 10-minütigen Fußweg zum "Sand"-strand. Im Sand wurde übrigens auch ein großer Kinderpool eingebaut sowie gibt es eine Schaukel direkt am Übergang vom Sand zum Meer. Für Kinder und auch Erwachsene klasse. Neben dem Strand gibt es zudem verschiedene Aktivitäten auf dem Wasser wie z.B. ein aufblasbarer Wasserpark sowie ein Bootsverleih mit kompetenten Mitarbeitern und tollen Booten (Bootsschein ist hier natürlich Voraussetzung; Boote können ganztägig oder von 10-14 Uhr bzw. von 14-18 Uhr gebucht werden). In der Nähe der Villa gibt es auch einen Dinosaurier-Park sowie einen Wasser-Freizeitpark. Alles in allem war es für uns als Familie ein toller Urlaub mit vielen tollen Aktivitäten. Gerne wieder.

Villa "Ella", Bombe, dass perfekte Feriendomizil
Zum 5. mal in Vabriga und zum 1. aber nicht zum letzten Mal der der Villa Ella. Ein wunderschönes Haus in dem wir uns inkl. unserer Tochter (5 Jahre) extrem wohlgefühlt haben. Es ist alles da und in absoluter Topqualität! Die Bilder lügen definitiv nicht und doch ist es real noch schöner, wohnlich und lädt zur Entspannung ein. Ob an dem sehr großen Pool, auf der Terrasse beim grillen und essen, oder in den sehr geräumigen Zimmern und der top eingerichteten Küche, alles hat gepasst. Und zuletzt die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereiten Besitzer und Vorort jederzeit zur Verfügung stehen. Also unser Fazit: Villa "Ella", Bombe, dass perfekte Feriendomizil. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf nächstes Jahr in der Villa Ella.

Wir waren zum 1. Mal in der wunderschönen Villa Ella. Nach einer herzlichen Begrüßung konnten wir direkt den Traumurlaub beginnen. Jeder einzelne Raum ist großzügig, wunderschön eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Eine große Küche mit Side-by-Side-Kühlschhrank, der immer Eiswürfel bereit hält, lädt zum Cocktail trinken ein. Auf der großen Terrasse kann man perfekt grillen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Vom Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer hat man direkten Zugang zum Pool. Alles in allem - ein perfekter Urlaub! Kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschöne Villa
Wir waren Anfang September für eine Woche in der wunderschönen Villa Ella! Nach einer strapaziösen Anreise mit viel Stau begann für uns der Urlaub schon bei der Begrüßung durch Sandra. Sie empfing uns sehr herzlich und war überaus freundlich ohne aufgesetzt zu wirken. Man hat gemerkt das ihr die Gäste am Herzen liegen. Nach einer kurzen Besichtigung der Räumlichkeiten und Tipps zu Restaurants etc. in der Umgebung, verabschiedete sich Sandra von uns. Kontaktmöglichkeit während des Aufenthaltes sind via Whatsapp und Email unkompliziert gegeben, sollte doch mal noch eine Frage im Nachgang aufkommen. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Auch war alles sehr sauber. Highlight ist natürlich der große Pool und die obere Terrasse mit Grill und Meerblick. Die Räume verfügen jeweils über Klimageräte und die Fenster und Türen sind alle mit professionellem Insektenschutz versehen. Sonst ist alles wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Es gibt hier keine Abweichungen zu dem wie es sich vor Ort darstellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne im nächsten Jahr wieder!
