Outside Vodice, surrounded by forest, this comfortable vacation home with pool and private multifunctional sports field welcomes you. Enjoy your vacation in this modern and authentic stone house, which awaits you inside with stylish and modern rustic furnishings. The beautiful house becomes a living experience where you can snuggle up on the sofa while the wood-burning stove crackles or enjoy restful nights in the comfortable bedrooms with integrated showers or private bathrooms. In the morning, the kitchen beckons you to prepare a delicious breakfast, and you will also find another summer kitchen with barbecue in the outdoor area, which you can also use on cooler days. You can look forward to spending time outdoors playing tennis and basketball, swimming in the pool and sunbathing. Your children will love the private playground and fill the garden with children's laughter. Grab the bikes and ride the few kilometers to the town of Vodice and the nearest pebble beaches. Stroll along the harbor and linger with an ice cream on the beach and later jump into the waves of the crystal-clear sea for a refreshing dip. Visit the Krka National Park with its wonderful and enchanting waterfalls and the town of Skradin, and not far from the village near the island of Stipanac. According to legend, you can admire the remains of the flooded city of Gavan's Palace in the lake. The historic town of Sibenik is also worth a visit and promises you numerous impressions and experiences.

We ate in some amazing restaurants just 10 minutes by car and even cooked meals of our own, dips in this massive swimming pool especially during those 30* C afternoons and even watched the stars above at night. My heart is filled with so many great memories to share. The warmth and great attention to care that the owners of this villa I must say is top notch!!!......

Wir hatte eine sehr gute Zeit. Die Möglichkeiten aktiv zu sein sind mit Tennisplatz, Boulebahn, Pool, Fahrrädern und Outdoorgym nur skizziert und es gab noch deutlich mehr Angebot. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Volltreffer!

Wat een geweldig, mooi en in alles voordienend huis. Maar wat nog geweldiger is zijn de bijzonder aardige , attente en hulpvaardige eigenaren. Niks was teveel en altijd bereikbaar. Zelfs op mijn verjaardag komen ze nog met een zelfgebakken taart. Werkelijk geweldig. Prachtig zwembad, heerlijke tennisbaan en prachtige mountainbiken. Een huis en plek om heerlijk te verblijven !!!!!!

Amazing Villa with Family
An absolute dream of a property that we stayed in for 8 days. No detail left out in the entire complex. Great for families, and adults. Had multiple small children that loved the pool, playground, and overall freedom of running around. Anita and her husband were AMAZING, greeted us upon arriving and showed us around. Gave us great tips on what to do, and were ALWAYS available for any questions. Everyone fell in love with the property, and we are already planning on our next trip there! Cant wait to come back. Simply amazing experience!

Ein wunderschönes, blitzsauberes Haus, das viel Platz und beste Ausstattung für große Familien oder Freunde bietet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, unsere erwachsenen Söhne und ihre Freunde waren begeistert von den Sportmöglichkeiten und haben diese eifrig genutzt. Ende August und Anfang September war es noch sehr heiß, doch dicke Vorhänge und die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage sorgten für angenehme Temperaturen im Haus. Aber auch in der kühleren Jahreszeit ist das Haus sicher sehr gemütlich. Dijana, die Vermieterin war jederzeit für uns zu erreichen und kümmerte sich sofort um unsere Anliegen. Sie hilft auch bei der Planung von Ausflügen und Unternehmungen.

A very nice stay!
The villa was very nice and clean when we arrived. The communication with the landlord was quick and very friendly. We were a group of ten people and the space was quite good for that amount of guests. The pool was very well tempered and the overall package is simply awesome. The bikes, the tennis court, the quiet location, the distance to the sea and everything overall are perfect for a nice time off. The interior of the villa is stylish, though comfy and handy too. The climate control was easy to handle and was working just fine. I´m recommending this villa for everyone who wants to do a variety of things without having a noisy environment.

Tranquil and picturesque villa
I would have rated this villa a 7⭐️ If I could. A very tranquil and peaceful property set among a small olive grove, lemon and fig trees, which we were invited to use. The town of Vodice is minutes away, offering beaches, shopping, restaurants and boat excursions. Dijana, our host, was always willing to help us with our excursions or plans and always went over and above to ensure our holiday in Croatia was memorable. The villa itself was self contained, and easily accommodated our group of 8 adults. If you’re looking for a relaxing villa for your vacation, this is it!

Amazing 2 Week stay in this gorgeous, private compound!
I cannot say enough about this fantastic villa, just outside of Vodice. This is more than just a villa rental: it is a private, gated estate with private tennis and bocci courts (both night lit), a huge inground pool, cabana pool bar and grill house and just about every conceivable convenience one would possibly ask for. The Villa owner, Dijana is the ultimate host: she is available almost 24/7 to help book restaurant reservations, private boat tours, arrange car rentals, taxi's, drivers--any request was answered immediately with a huge smile. We stayed for a full two weeks and didn't want to leave. Do no hesitate to book Vil Emanika, it will be the vacation of a lifetime
