The beautiful newly built villa Ema Nika Vodice is located in Vodice, one of the most famous tourist destinations in central Dalmatia. This beautiful blend of rustic and modern luxury, which is located on a 8000 m2 plot surface, spreads over 250 m2 of living space and can optimally accommodate eight and a maximum of ten guests. It consists of four beautiful bedrooms with attached bathrooms, two separate toilets, a fully equipped kitchen of rustic charm, a beautiful dining room and a living room. There is a large private parking lot, and the whole area is fully air-conditioned and equipped with wireless internet as well as all household appliances and necessities that you may need during your vacation. The interior design and decoration of this villa with a combination of brick, stone and wood will delight even the most demanding guests and provide complete relaxation and enjoyment during your stay.

In the beautiful and fenced yard of the villa there is a spacious 11x4 pool with sun loungers surrounded by greenery to enjoy during the hot summer days, and there is an outdoor dining table and chairs, which with hanging swings and loungers located on the covered veranda promise a dream vacation. This beautiful villa is special for the wide range of additional facilities available to you, so it is an ideal choice for guests inclined to an active vacation. This large property has a basketball / football court, tennis court, children's playground with trampoline, swings, slide, bowling alley, bicycles, badminton, darts or PlayStation.

Zelfs op mijn verjaardag komen ze nog met een zelfgebakken taart. Werkelijk geweldig. Prachtig zwembad, heerlijke tennisbaan en prachtige mountainbiken. Een huis en plek om heerlijk te verblijven !!!!!!

An absolute dream of a property that we stayed in for 8 days. No detail left out in the entire complex. Great for families, and adults. Had multiple small children that loved the pool, playground, and overall freedom of running around. Anita and her husband were AMAZING, greeted us upon arriving and showed us around. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, unsere erwachsenen Söhne und ihre Freunde waren begeistert von den Sportmöglichkeiten und haben diese eifrig genutzt. Ende August und Anfang September war es noch sehr heiß, doch dicke Vorhänge und die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage sorgten für angenehme Temperaturen im Haus. Aber auch in der kühleren Jahreszeit ist das Haus sicher sehr gemütlich. Dijana, die Vermieterin war jederzeit für uns zu erreichen und kümmerte sich sofort um unsere Anliegen. Sie hilft auch bei der Planung von Ausflügen und Unternehmungen.

A very nice stay!
The villa was very nice and clean when we arrived. The communication with the landlord was quick and very friendly. We were a group of ten people and the space was quite good for that amount of guests. The pool was very well tempered and the overall package is simply awesome. The bikes, the tennis court, the quiet location, the distance to the sea and everything overall are perfect for a nice time off. The interior of the villa is stylish, though comfy and handy too. The climate control was easy to handle and was working just fine. I´m recommending this villa for everyone who wants to do a variety of things without having a noisy environment.

Tranquil and picturesque villa
I would have rated this villa a 7⭐️ If I could. A very tranquil and peaceful property set among a small olive grove, lemon and fig trees, which we were invited to use. The town of Vodice is minutes away, offering beaches, shopping, restaurants and boat excursions. Dijana, our host, was always willing to help us with our excursions or plans and always went over and above to ensure our holiday in Croatia was memorable. The villa itself was self contained, and easily accommodated our group of 8 adults. If you’re looking for a relaxing villa for your vacation, this is it!

Amazing 2 Week stay in this gorgeous, private compound!
I cannot say enough about this fantastic villa, just outside of Vodice. This is more than just a villa rental: it is a private, gated estate with private tennis and bocci courts (both night lit), a huge inground pool, cabana pool bar and grill house and just about every conceivable convenience one would possibly ask for. The Villa owner, Dijana is the ultimate host: she is available almost 24/7 to help book restaurant reservations, private boat tours, arrange car rentals, taxi's, drivers--any request was answered immediately with a huge smile. We stayed for a full two weeks and didn't want to leave. Do no hesitate to book Vil Emanika, it will be the vacation of a lifetime

An Incredible experience
Whether you’re looking to discover something new or relax or both. I would highly recommend Villa Emanika. There were 10 of us. We ate in some amazing restaurants just 10 minutes by car and even cooked meals of our own, dips in this massive swimming pool especially during those 30* C afternoons and even watched the stars above at night. My heart is filled with so many great memories to share. The warmth and great attention to care that the owners of this villa I must say is top notch!!! ❤️ 👍🏼 👍🏼 An incredible experience! Thank you to the owners of Villa Emanika for their kindness, their connections to having our car rental fixed at such a reasonable cost, for shopping tips and most of all their warm hospitality like no other! Das Anwesen entspricht zu 100% den Bildern, die Eigentümerin Dijana ist sehr zuvorkommend und kümmert sich während des gesamten Aufenthalts perfekt um die Wünsche der Gäste.
