Your stay in Villa Emilio

The luxurious stone villa Emilio is located in a small village Murvica, next to the beautiful city of Zadar on the Adriatic coast. This beautiful villa will inspire you at first glance and provide you a holiday of dreams. Fully air-conditioned, it accommodates up to 12 people in 5 modernly furnished bedrooms with double beds and 2 extra beds. There are 4 well, equipped bathrooms with underfloor heating, 3 of them en-suite, and 1 separate toilet. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with 12 seats and a spacious living room with satellite TV. Especially impressive with the fun amenities of relaxation and recreation such as sauna, billiard, darts, table tennis, table football and PlayStation 4. Also impressive is a fully fenced large garden on the 7800 m2 plot, where there is a large heated outdoor pool for refreshment and sun loungers. There is also an outdoor grill to prepare delicacies with family and friends. Villa Emilio is located in the excellent location of the quiet village of Murvica, rich in agriculture and olive groves, and only 5 km from the top tourist destination Zadar. The beautiful city is rich in cultural and historical heritage as well as gastronomic offerings. You can enjoy the numerous beaches and bays around this unique city, the second largest in Dalmatia, or visit the nearby attractive islands. If you want an extra adventure, you can take part in one-day excursions to the Plitvice Lakes, the Krka Waterfalls or the beautiful Kornati Islands. If you want a quiet holiday without crowds and traffic, but still want to be close to the urban environment and crowded streets of tourists, Villa Emilio is the best choice for you. Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you. This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.

The place was absolutely stunning (better than the pictures!) and the owners were so helpful and reactive to our requests and checked that we had everything we needed. It’s perfect for the family or a large group of friends as everything you need is at the villa but you’re also only a 15 min drive into Zadar, with large supermarkets only a 5 min drive away. Wunderschöne Villa mit herrlichem Außenbereich
Die Villa ist wirklich ein Traum und super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Jeder Raum ist klimatisiert und sehr modern. Besonders gut hat uns der Außenbereich gefallen, der keine Wünsche offen ließ: Pool, Tennis, Dart, Tischtennis ... Nur bei den Day-Betten wäre noch ein Sonnensegel super, damit man dort auch Schatten hat. Die Villa Owner waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Wir würden die Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

Perfect Family Vacation
We (3 families with kids aged 5 till 10) had a perfect family vacation at Villa Emilio. Everything was just as the pictures show. Plenty of room for everyone. The villa is very well equipped. Kate and her brother attended immediately to every request we had, perfect! Also, the communication with the team of CLR was effortless and very quick. Anytime again!

We were lucky enough to be the first guests staying at Villa Emilio and we were not disappointed. The place was absolutely stunning (better than the pictures!) and the owners were so helpful and reactive to our requests and checked that we had everything we needed. It’s perfect for the family or a large group of friends as everything you need is at the villa but you’re also only a 15 min drive into Zadar, with large supermarkets only a 5 min drive away. We would definitely recommend, we absolutely loved it and the pool table and ping pong table were added bonuses that were invaluable and pretty much in constant use!
