In the picturesque village of Kranjci near Labin on the east coast of the magnificent Istrian peninsula lies the lovely villa Flor. In its 120 m2 of living space, this beautiful villa houses two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a comfortable double bed while the other features two single beds. Both bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the villas and have their own en-suite bathroom, one with shower and othe one with bathtub. A separate toilet is also available in the villa.
The beautiful ground floor consists of a modern kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances that guests will enjoy preparing delicious meals in, a lovely dining area and a cozy living room with a fireplace.
The living room opens onto a spacious outdoor terrace with a summer kitchen, an outdoor charcoal / wood grill, a dining area, and a comfortable seating area. On the same terrace guests will find a beautiful heated pool (width: 3.2 m length: 7.5 m depth: 1.4 m) from which they will enjoy the magnificent view of the lush Mediterranean vegetation stretching in front of them.
